Very nasty unsanitary Not clean no laundry attendance if needed no numbers posted in case of emergency. There is no doors on the building. It’s just wood. Literally the door is open 24/7 we’re rodents can enter in and out! Their parking lot is even a mess! They have over 12 pot holes! Dug in the ground! You are likely to damage your car or tires just by driving into and out of the parking lot! Construction workers is there working on the opposite side of the parking lot. Needs shut down and remodeled immediately like last year only have one big wash! Half of the washer and dryers are out of order! Place looks nothing like the place on google!

Open 24 hours and you can pay by credit card on large machines. Prices are so much cheaper than the newer laundromat on Whipple. Never too busy.

I got charge double the amount 💀 The washer I use was the first (50 lb express washers) when u enter Also when you try to call the phone number to report a problem. It doesn’t work.

Been using over 20 years. It may not be the Prettiest but gets job done. Love the large loaders. WiFi available. Only once had problem with payment/coin, and there is a resolution form/envelope in back to address that. Update 6/16/2024 Update - gave 2nd chance but I’m done here. Just walking in other customer dryer screeching. Then I start my load in back over-size washer for Bed Comforters, then sit to wait. Hear other customers saying water spewing from back of machine, and sure enough. Not sure if washed well with the water loss, and at end of rinse cycle still appeared to be a little of (liquid) soap residue. Cost was $9.00. Other customer had to move away from back table. Will be moving on to another laundromat.

This was the worst experience at a laundromat I have ever had. Broken washer multiple broken dryers. I tried to call it goes straight to a full voicemail. You may as well wash your clothes by hand rather than come here!

Laundromat was dirty. People were in and out, smoking in the laundromat, and had their car running with the exhaust coming into the building. Stutters weren't working properly, and I had to dry things multiple times, even switching machines to get my things dried. I've had better experiences at other laundromat. This place was cheaper, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I needed to do a lot of laundry because my washing machine broke. I found this one through a Google search when two other laundromats were packed at 7 on a Saturday morning. The building is very old and the dated look is to be expected. The space was very clean including the bathroom. I saw no water on the floor. Two of the 15 or so washed were marked out of order. Which is not unheard of. The four machines I used worked with no problem. I did not use the dryers, so I can't comment there. The prices were a little more than others in the area, but it is one of the few 24 hour facilities and the mark up is fair for that convenience. I will return until my new machine is delivered.

If I could post zero stars, I would. Literally every single time I come to this location, I end up just getting money what feels like stolen off me. Half of the machines here never work, or don't have signage that they don't work. You can't actually call the number posted on the wall, the voice-mail is constantly filled. And it isn't like the owner doesn't have money to put into the place. Considering he just bought a brand new ATM, you know, so you can withdrawl your money to put in the machines that don't work. I encourage anyone that's been scammed here to report the BBB.

It's location is convenient. The prices were average (I felt a little on the high side). It was very very hot in there though and half of the machines were out of order. The "claw machine" was rigged to not grab and the contents were not all brand new. The bathroom lacked something to dry your hands with. I did like the little cups connected to the change machine, so your quarters could actually be carried! Only if necessary, will I use this establishment again.

Dirty, I also lost $5.75 with debit charge in washer that failed to work. There is no attendant & no phone number to call 🫤 Ok, last time I’m going here. Lost $10 , no attendant, no phone number. 😤
