Across the Mall Laundromat

Absolutely horrible. 95% of the washers and dryers don't work. The detergent dispenser don't work and when you go buy detergent from the girl at the counter they charge more than what the dispenser charges. The coin machine don't work. The bathroom don't work. Owner needs to step up and fix things around here. There's a new laundry mat opening up on Depot road and I personally cannot wait so I don't have to keep coming here.

The change machine took my money without giving change and the attendant acted like I was lying to her for $2. she got a serious attitude problem. I gave her a dollar back. I saw a small smile. never going back there.

This place is just disgusting. The bathroom has been out of service for years, most of the machines don’t even work and the staff doesn’t even bother to hang signs, so you’ll insert your money and then find out it’s broken. Half of the dryers don’t work properly, and it’s been infested with cockroaches for years. I mean literally NOTHING has been done to fix any of these issues for YEARS. I stopped coming here. ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!

My dryer broke down so I went to dry a load at 6:15pm on a Wednesday evening. Mind you this place closes at 7pm. I only needed half an hour. I sat in my car with my son while he did his homework right outside the front door. At 6:37pm,the attendant tried to lock the doors knowing my clothes were still inside. Horrible customer service.

I mainly use this place for wash n fold and am very very happy. My clothes always come back soft and smell clean. Prices are reasonable and ladies are nice. I can't comment on the machines but the wash and fold service hasn't given me any issues. The building itself is kinda run down, but for the moment it serves it's purpose for my needs.

Absolutely the most horrible filthy dirty smelly laundry mat ever. You come to clean your clothes and leave feeling like washing them in a puddle would be cleaner. Not enough water in the machines and if you do get water do not expect any hot water bc these machines do not have hot water. There’s no option. No hot water. 85% of the machines do not work. The staff is rude and blames you for everything the owner does not care at all just comes in to collect quarters I can’t wait for the new laundry mat to open. This is a negative star rating. This place needs to be shut down torn down owner needs to sell to someone who actually wants a business and start over.

Most of the washers and dryers are broken. Some of the washing machines make your clothes smell terrible. Some of the dryers make your clothes smell burnt and others leave your clothes wet no matter how long you dry them. Last time I was here someone opened my dryer while I was outside. My wet clothes were all over the floor when I came back in. There was an employee right there watching and they did nothing. This place is terrible.

God AWFUL! Machines are always broken.... place is run down... Most dryers don’t reach max temperatures, some washers don’t fill up with proper amount of water.... customer service is hit or miss. Not the friendliest of workers/owner; little to no accommodation made for customers. Been in and out of this place for 2 years now and ZERO improvements made. Don’t go here!!!!!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The stores owner is incredibly rude and does not know how to deal with customers. I have been taking my laundry here for a few months. Recently, my white sweater was completely ruined after they washed it with jeans. After bringing this to their attention the store owner avoided the issue and I had to come in 3+ times to finally speak with her. She was incredibly rude and did not rectify the situation. I will never be back here again!!

As of April 26, 2022 Prices raised on machines by $1 each. Dryers are now 7 minutes instead of 10 for .25$. Owner neglects the place it's filthy, only a few machines work. Cesspool spilled everywhere on one visit. Tile in floor broken forever still not repaired. One nasty staff member in the early morning weekdays. It's a shame.
