I LOVE Lakeville Cleaners. Great prices, amazing dry cleaning and wonderful professional tailoring. They have it all! It is so rare to find a dry cleaner that has all three qualities equally amazing. Keep doing what you do!

Went to get a broken zipper on a coat fixed. Should've been just a simple replacement of the entire zipper, like I had on a similar jacket with the previous owners. However, they were just totally dismissive about it and said it couldn't be fixed. I also needed to get some measurements done for a tailored suit and was even willing to pay for it. The two owners immediately said they didn't do measurements, and there's no tailoring services done. This was despite the fact that there was an entire sewing machine and thread setup in the lobby, fitting room/mirror, and one of the owners was in the middle of altering an item of clothing when I came in. Never mind the three giant and brightly colored signs on the front of the store that said they did alterations and expert tailoring. Didn't want to call them out on it because if they're going to boldly lie right to my face like that, I didn't want to risk giving them any of my clothes to work on and pay for it. Only giving two stars because I haven't used their dry cleaning services.

I went to this dry cleaner for 20 years. The new owners are so rude. They damaged two dress shirts and told me to buy back 2 shirts and they will refund me how much I paid. They never kept their promise.

Replaced a zipper on uniform pants...the zipper got stuck the first time and broke went back weeks later...told her I need a new zipper she said this is a good zipper ykk is the best I told her yes I know about zippers also It was just replaced and she did it it got stuck ....she got very defensive and said we broke it and just want a new zipper. Never did I ask for a free zipped or just free service just wanted her the know that product was defective. I will never use this place again.

I have been going here for many years. The service is good and the turn around time is as promised. There was never a credit card minimum and there are NO signs that says there is a credit minimum. (FYI, the credit card minimum is $10). I feel like the consumer should know about this with a sign especially if the owner wants to change this overnight.

Seamstress is dismissive and doesn’t listen to what the customer wants. Previous owners were amazing.

I always take my pants to get altered here and they do a great job! They always finish when they say they will finish. Great place!

Peter is very nice. I appreciate his kind customer service, and the tailor on site is excellent.

My family and I have been using this cleaners for many many years. We've always received excellent service and would never go anywhere else.
