Spin Cycle Coin Laundry of Juan Tabo

This is one of THE best laundromats I've been to. (1) helpful and friendly attendant on duty (2) very clean premises (3) the washing machines actually deliver hot water... it's unbelievable how many laundromats are cheating customers by not supplying hot water... I guess not many people care to check if hot water is being supplied (4) all machines appeared in great condition (5) modern technology being used - no quarters needed with the app; however quarters are also an option if preferred (6) clean restroom (7) video games and snack vending machines... need I say more? Oh yeah... lots of space between aisles and machines so you're not having to avoid collisions with other customers! Possibly the only thing I think they can improve upon is adding clothing carts... it wasn't crowded when I went but I can see the carts being in short supply during crowded times.

They don't allow you to take the baskets outside to load your laundry. So if you have a baby I highly recommend going anywhere but here. The staff is not the nicest either. I will personally never come here again.

It says there is access to free dryers as long as you wash. This was not the case for me when I washed there 3 days ago... and I had enough laundry to use to biggest washers they have and I used all of them so I spent well over 48-68$ and then still had to pay to dry... disappointing for sure. I went there for the free dryers

This place needs some serious attention. Floor is flooded. Nobody on site. Water going under electronics. Place is by far the worst laundromat I’ve ever been to. Dirty and unmaintained. Beware !!

Nice and clean and the attendant on duty was very nice! Apparently Sunday is "free dry" which was a nice surprise! The one perk I found was that the washers and dryers can be paid through an app rather than having to lug a bunch of quarters around!! Kudos! It was awesome 😎 …

It's clean and the dryers work extremely well I will use this place more often

I was very upset with my visit!!!!!! I was using one of the big washers, my fiance was putting in the quarters(requires 28) and it stopped at 12. He tried pressing the button to spit the last quarter out and it wouldn't. He kept trying and ended up putting 7 more quarters in. Then I saw that it uses Pay Range and I had that already on my phone so I tried using that to pay for the rest. First I started with .25 cent, didn't work, then the $7 and still didn't work. I already had put in my scented beads, ended up having to use a different one! In all together I lost out on $12 which I would love to have a refund for my money. I get that places are short staffed but I wish I had someone to talk to about my issue instead of having to fill out a card and hope someone will reach out. Also I was loading my clothes into the dryer(decided to use Pay Range, instead of possibly my quarters being ate by the machine) but some of the dryers were not showing up on Pay Range. I already had put my clothes in the dryer so then I had to move to a different dryer. A little bit before I was about to leave then a worker shows up. He was sweeping the floor, asked how I was doing and then tells me "don't drop anymore lint sheets on the floor" as he's sweeping away. It wasn't even friendly at all! I wanted to speak to him about me loosing out on money but not after he made that comment. So please I would just like my $12 back! Thanks! Update: I had to contact Pay Range and they were able to refund me on the app. But never got a response from Spin Cycle!!!!😡 Update: Never got a refund from here!

The prices here are out of control talk about inflation and not to mention I have COPD and needed to charge my concentrator and of course there’s no where for me to charge it and you can forget about the attendant no where to be found I needed to use the bathroom and no attendant then I went to buy a bag of chips and the damn vending machine got my chips stuck. Heaven forbid if the machines stopped working nobody would get there laundry done let alone a damn refund. I don’t see how this place doors are still open

I have been going there probably once or twice a week for the last two months. I will never go there again after today Sept 6. The female attendant that works nights—this evening she was sweeping with a huge industrial sweeper and she asked me to move. Even though she could clearly see there was no debris around my feet as I was leaning right up against the washer typing on my laptop and the area I was taking up by standing there was like one small square foot and she could have easily navigated to the side of me. I was kind of surprised that she bothered to ask me to move when there is clearly nothing underneath me and I guess I didn't move fast enough so she maliciously and purposely swept over the top of my shoe with all kinds of nasty human hair, dirt, and other stuff that was caught up in the mop from all over the facility because she had been sweeping for several minutes at that point. I also have foot arthritis and don't appreciate the contact with my foot because it was extremely painful. I am just incredulous that someone would be rude like that unprovoked when I was just minding my business. There is a thing as personal space and the whole incident was just highly unnecessary. She should be terminated for that kind of behavior. Never, ever going there again because of her. She's been weird before too. I like personal space and it seems like she has made it a point to sort of invade mine each time I am there (constantly walking past me back and forth, making it a point to do some sort of chore right where I am at no matter what washer or dryer I chose) even though I am very clean cut, quiet, and obviously just there to do my wash (not cause problems, etc.). Not sure what the deal is with her.

Put in 10$ in the bill machine and just didn't get my quarters to get my laundry detergent and dryer sheets NEVER coming back here again i basically just donated 10$ to a laundry matt for free
