Giving Jackie the 5 stars because she is amazing. I drop my laundry off every week and every time I have her as my attendant, my clothes come back organized& folded so nice you could bounce a coin off it. She’s so sweet too. As for the other woman who works there with dark hair and glasses, rude. Gives me my laundry all sloppy, half folded and half inside out. Will keep coming back solely for Jackie.

Sadly, my family, my friends and anyone I know will NO LONGER be using this laundromat. How could you fire, Fran because she was sick one day and couldn't make it in on time- after 4 years of hard work in there??? She was the sweetest, nicest person in there and probably the only reason we came in and used your facilities. We traveled 45 minutes every week because we felt welcome there. I will never return!!! Shame on the owner! The place is completely filthy and a mess now!!

Clean and the machines work well but in the last few months they started hiding or got rid of the wheeled baskets. There was 3 now there's only 2.. That's not cool when there is more than 2 people doing laundry

The place is clean and the machines work very well. The staff are friendly and helpful with any information. But don’t leave and forget your laundry. They don’t like to hold it for more than a day.

Read some of the comments and was a tad nervous. Our experience with the staff was different than others it seems. She was friendly, and gracious. She put on Nickelodeon for our son who was getting fussy and gave us a tissue for his nose that was running. The machines are clean enough though some investments in new machines are recommended.

This laundromat is very small. All of the machines are old. Place didn't seem very welcoming and comfortable. The dryers don't have timers on them, so you just have to watch the clock. I used two dryers side by side. The second dryer I started ended 3 minutes before the first one. I won't be going back.

Every time I use this place, which would be about three times, they make me uncomfortable. Like I'm not allowed to wash my clothes there. You would think you walked into the Ritz wearing a trash bag, the way they stare you down and make it a point to watch your every move. The last time I used this laundry mat, I simply stated to my boyfriend that the clothes were still damp, and the worker decided she would come halfway across the room to join our conversation, uninvited. I wouldn't recommend using this place unless you know them personally. Unless you like to feel uncomfortable.
