I have used them for years for my tailoring needs and dry cleaning. I am always happy with the service and the quality of the product.

I took 5 valances in to have stitched. They were cut, pressed and pinned. I was told that each straight seam would cost $12. My math says that each valance would cost me $60. When I said that a straight seam would take less than a minute to run through the sewing machine, she said “yes, then do it yourself”. My sewing machine is not working but for the cost she quoted. I could buy a new sewing machine. Never would I trust this place with anything.

Just had my blouse tailored because I wanted the sleeves altered. They did an amazing job and it was reasonably priced. Furthermore, it was ready in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again for tailoring and would highly recommend them.

I have been using this cleaner for years. They are extremely kind and do an excellent job. They did an alteration for me that I needed back in 48 hours with no hesitation. They've altered my daughter's dance costumes and my son's hockey jerseys. Thank you once again

This is the best priced cleaners in the Hamilton area; of the others I tried they were too expensive, out of my way or sent my items off site. . The husband and wife are very nice. The wife does an ok job of alterations. . I've taken my dry cleaning here for over five years and I've never had any issues.

I had my daughter's bridesmaid's dress steamed and this cleaner charged me $43.00, this is ridiculous and I will NEVER USE THIS cleaners again! It was also very damp when I picked it up! This is price gouging, just awful!

Very expensive service. Dropped off on Tuesday, informed the gentleman that I needed my item on Sat. He told me it would be ready after 4. They closed at 3. Very unhappy.
