Holly Springs Coin Operated Laundry

The washers are alright I like the laundry mat but they lady that works there is going to run everyone off I used to like this laundry mat but I think I will go to the other for now on we should not be rushed at 6:30 to wash our clothes if they close at 8 by five or six o’clock we are being rushed and we shouldn’t be rushed or keep messing with folks if they paying money todo they laundry

The lady that works there was very rude to everybody and would not stop nagging she even told me to not buy anything from the vending machines def not going back

Hoping the owner finds this . I'm on a road trip with my grandmother who is 75 and she was afraid to tell me when she was here she was harassed by the lady working there saying she was using too many dryers and used 2 laundry carts if I was not hundreds of miles away right now I would come back and give that lady a piece of my mind for verbally attacking a 75 year old lady

The washer I used could not have washed my clothes because 1. They were barely damp. 2. They didn't smell like my laundry soap. Oh but they won't give back your money either, smh. I'm gonna start using the other one. Unbalanced or not my clothes were not washed properly. So here I am spending another $4.25 to rewash them.

They just came in and did something with the soda machine and now it's took my money and tried vending my soda but it got stuck or something because no soda came out but I hurd it vend. There are no phone numbers for the Landry matt or vending machines

The clean lady is very rude and disrespectful.. arguing with customers ....she is to old to be acting like she does ......bad business

The lady that cleans and locks the Laundromat doors is rude she treats the Hispanics like there slow she criticize them and she walked up on a customer car asking for a blunt. She talks about how many clothes customers are washing and drying but she's only talking about the Hispanics. I find that to be some what racist... Myself personally will not be going back to that Laundromat anymore.. And the laundry is set to close at 8 she's harassing u at 6 telling u that u need to hurry up because she's closing at 8 but it's only 6

Dryer #50 runs way too hot. Burned up my clothes. I get to buy new work uniforms now. My tee shirts that had any designs on them melted and got on my work pants and then stuck together. Smoked up the whole laundry mat. I have never had that problem before in all my years of using dryers.

I was just there and they were very rude to me there

Machine read error before I could put the last 75 cents in. I basically lost $5 and had to use a different (smaller) machine. Didn’t have enough to dry me and my kids clothes completely
