Took a pair of cashmere pants that were part of a $1600 suit (that retails at $5,000+) to get a stain removed. Not only is that stain still visible, the pants shrunk at least 5 times where they no longer button at the waist and only go up to my mid calf. They are also different color than suit jacket now and a button fell off. Completely ruined and unwearable. Only went here as family has gone for decades, but will never go here again. Extremely dissatisfied.

Don't be fooled by the nice outside like I was. This place is nasty. 90% of the washer and dryers don't work and the ones that do smell like rotten eggs and have a thick layer of dust and old detergent on them. And then to charge 9 dollars for a wash is beyond. The lady running the place acted like that was completely normal.

Love this place. I've been getting my tailoring and sewing done here for over 15 years. The owner and his son, and the staff are always friendly and the price is reasonable.

I haven't been there in years since they first opened. Fast forward 2025 my dryer hat went out and I didn't have a choice but to go to the laundry Mat. I chose that one because I thought that it will be ran up to par. Put to my surprised the dryers. I had to be told which dryer to use to dry my clothes. The upkeep of the place wasn't up to my standards, comparing to how it was when they first opened.

By far the WORST AND MOST DIRTIEST laundromat around worst customer service worst owner doesn’t know how to talk to his customers and has no clue on what CUSTOMER SERVICE means I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Fast customer service with high quality. I honestly have used them for two years and never had any issues. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for!

This place was a good laundromat business, not no more as this will be my last visit and do business. Almost half of the washers/Dryers are not working and they raised the price on the self service washers/dryers and reduced the cleaning time...watch your step on the broken/open drains on thr floor.Sorry the owner does not care no more, please don’t waste your time and money here.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I went into wash my huge comforter and I regret it. Im surprised that a place like this even exists in Dearborn. Never again!

NEVER AGAIN!!! I took in a dress to get the slit closed and it was not completely stitched up when I went to pick it up… told the guy please fix the dress I’ll be back in to pick it up tomorrow… went in the next day the dress looked exactly the same?? Horrible experience very rude and disrespectful staff the only person who actually helped me out was the lady with a hijab on. Don’t waste your time and money here plenty of other places around Dearborn.

At this place, I had the worst experience; not only among laundry places, but also among any other shops I entered recently. I put my clothes for a dry clean and was told to come back in two days. I came back in two days, and I was told t with no apologies that I needed to come after 3 more days. I told them I can not wait. They told me to come in the afternoon to get my dirty clothes. I said I can’t wait till the afternoon and I need them now even if they’re not ready. After waiting for 20 min. I was surprised that they put me a bag of wet shirts and was told to take it. They made me pay full charge. The kid working there who I gave my clothes initially said I didn’t even request a dry clean. That was hard to hear, almost felt like being accused of lying. I took my clothes and put them at a another place. Would not recommend this place.
