Nice clean surrounding. Attendant on premises. New large machine. Large and medium size dryers. Except credit cards and debit cards at machines. Clean bathroom. Within walking distance of several stores. Ample parking. A sign posted promoting special treated water is used in machines. Plenty washers and dryers.

This lady is so racist. The words she be saying in Spanish cursing calling ppl names is atrocious. I hear her staying comments about customers all the time so unprofessional. Just because customers don’t alert you they understand Spanish doesn’t mean they don’t. The machines don’t dry as good as they used to however I like the laundromat not the staff.

I will NEVER go here nor do I recommend this location. When I walked in the door at 9:40 to get a basket the younger women did tell me the cart can’t go outside, so as I’m walking out the door a latino family walks in and she greets them via spanish which is fine. So I return to my car to bring my bags in and start loading my machine the same time as the family the older women said something to them in Spanish and then walked off to speak to the younger girl. So the younger girl comes over to me and says I can’t wash because they are closed but never says anything to the family and they were still loading clothes. So when I said something about that she says of well we know them and they can be in here after 10pm. That’s not a thing, if you close at 10pm everyone should leave not just because you know someone they stay and further more when I came in at 9:40 she should’ve stopped me and said we will be closing soon can you please return tomorrow instead of watch come in and bring the bags and waiting until I am loading my clothes in the machine. I don’t recommend this location nor will I ever visit here again.

2 of their dryers took my money from my debit card. I was not offered a refund of my $10 (they hold $5 for each cycle no matter how much you choose to spend per minutes). I was told to leave them my number for the manager to call me the following day. Still no refund. After using the dryer that finally worked I notice most dryers were out of order smh. Never coming back and if you choose to come, don’t use your card!

This laundromat is sometimes okay they need to get someone who speaks English. The lady’s don’t understand you the bathrooms are dirty no tissue. The washing machine break with your clothes in them some of them smell like mildew you have to smell them before you put your clothes in it and the water doesn’t be hot and in some of the washing machines the water pressure is low the only thing that seems to work right are the dryers. Whoever owns this needs to show their face and keep an eye on their business. Young men are now coming in making a lot of noise hanging out in the front holding the doors asking for money walking around in the place making noise no telling what they are into.

I came to wash my clothes today and was using a broken down machine! I asked for a refund and wasn’t given one! Not only that I was called a liar and was at a lost! I will never come again!

Very nice and clean space to do laundry. First time in a laundry mat in years. Very convenient with the card swipe. I've never had a problem with it. Dryers get very hot and can dry very large loads quickly.

This is a nice laundromat to look at but that’s it! Customer service sucks!!! Me and my boyfriend came in to wash ONE load of clothes at 10:30 pm the girl that works here said no we closed then another lady came over and said we close at 11:30 even tho online it says 12. At 11pm they had one girl at the lock to lock and unlock the door to MAKE SURE nobody came in. Will not be returning. Would not recommend.
