On the door it says it closes at 11 and I came in at 9. I was told I couldn’t wash my clothes. This was a huge inconvenience.

READ THIS BEFORE GOING!! This happened 2 weeks ago (1st week of January, 2023). There are lots of machines but issues with power. The power went off when my friend was doing her laundry. EVERYTHING went dark!! ALL THE MACHINES LOCKED! The attendant had NO CLUE how to unlock the machines. She (the attendant) was also extremely rude, instead of dealing with the problem, SHE CALLED THE POLICE! After messing around pushing buttons for a while, MY FRIEND found a release for the washer. HER THINGS WERE SOPPING WET! The attendant didn't even want to give her a bag to put her wet, heavy clothes in! The police informed the attendant that's the least she could do (So she begrudgingly gave my friend a bag)😳 My friend was refunded the cost of the washing cycle 😕 Not for the washing soap, Or even coupons for the inconvenience 😤Nope - beware this place's version of customer service is calling 911 🚔 If you want to be stuck with sopping wet clothes, in 10 below weather, and possibly be harassed by the police..... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! Otherwise, I'd be VERY weary!

I always wash my business towels every wendenday in the place ....it bn going to 2yrs or more now....just yesterday 10-9-22 to wash as usual..before I know it ,half of the towels is gone ..I asked the spainh lady ..she was just looking at me as ifshe did not understand what am saying too bad ....
