I got my satin prom dress tailored here. I got it fitted and taken in on the sides, and a few inches off the bottom. The guy did a fabulous job, took only a few weeks and was responsibly priced. The fitting is beautiful, just like a glove and I’d absolutely go back. Loved my experience!

Like others, we were OVERCHARGED!! We read previous reviews and took caution to confirm prices ahead of time. The worker, ‘Nike,’ gave one price at drop off but charged us over $30 more at pickup. Even though he remembered giving a cheaper price quote, his excuse was, ‘I just work here.’ So, while they may have made $30 extra dollars off of us this time, needless to say, they won’t see our business again. Posting this review for others to save them from the same bad business, poor service and negative experience. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere to a place that is honest. It’s sad this place hides behind the ‘small family business’ facade to scam customers! We purposely chose a local small business over a corporate facility but were burned :(

I recently requested alterations to a pair of slacks much too long for me. The pants were shortened to the exact length I needed and completed earlier than expected. Excellent results and service.

I would never use this dry cleaners if they were the only one in the state. They tried to charge $30 to hem a pair of jeans. Their prices are absurd and their customer service is worse. They lost our order for over a week and definitely future business. This business doesn’t even deserve one star. There’s a great cleaners in Forest Hill.

This is the first time I’ve ever needed alterations done to something and I’m so pleased with how my dress turned out! The service is great! It was also done way earlier then I expected! I definitely recommend the Fallston location. I will be back!!
