Outer Loop Coin Laundry

Only came here because it was the closest open laundromat to the one on Bardstown that was having issues. And sorry that I did immediately. This place is a dump and a half! It looks like no attendant has been on duty here in a loooong time. Half of the machines are out of order, the other half are filthy or don’t get hot. Trash on every surface and looks like someone been using the old dryer sheets that are thick on the floor as toilet paper. Might be cheap dryers, but the bed bugs askin if I got a cigarette arent nice enough to be sticking around here. Clean laundry should be considered a basic human right, and the owners of this place locked up for taking advantage of those less fortunate.

Quiet plenty of washers and dryers for everyone. Drop-off also available

Worst place I have ever been too..walked in half the washers were in use. Soap suds all over the floor and roaches crawling on the floor and on the washers. This place is so filthy and needs to be shut down. STAY AWAY! We walked out to go to another laundromat in the area.

Marsha and the owner replaced our blankets. It got to hot in one of the dryers. That was very nice of them and exactly how you run a business. I love that its 24/7 and always on the quieter side than the other one down the road.

Just moved to the area. Super helpful that it's 24 hours, and the machines are cheaper and bigger. Compared to Golden Wash Laundromat, a four star laundromat, for the same price I was able to get through twice the laundry. Taking a star off as a couple machines are out of order, and its not the cleanest, but it might be the most efficient place around which is what matters most to me.

The machines worked fine. I was skeptical because of the bad reviews but they did the job. With that being said this place was disgusting. If the health dept came here there’s no way they would stay open. Standing water on the floor, mold growing behind the washers, and it smelled horrible. I definitely won’t come back here. (Only a 2 star because it’s open 24/7)

I don't know what happened. Used to come here weekly for years and drop off laundry for my elderly mother who lived in a complex nearby. They were wonderful. Did spotting, cleaning, folding, hangers, the works. While moving recently, decided to drop off a ton of laundry. While new people were polite, the service wasn't. No spotting, didn't give us all our clothes and we had to ask for them. Not what it used to be.

Several machines don't work.. but I like that I can go 24 hours and it is quiet during the early morning 10.21.24 update Several machines are still not working.. leaving at 4 stars

Well I think this place is just lovely the people are nice you can come in the middle of the night do your laundry don't have to bother with anybody you can do laundry when you have to and I appreciate them.

This use to be a great place open 24/7 however last two times neither quarter machine worked alot of out of order machines some without signs so you lose those quarters as well with no refund and no way to buy more. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they put more effort into it and keep it running like it should
