Coin Laundry

Wouldn’t be bad but the staff there is ridiculous. You can barely get through the door and they are eyeballing your laundry and trying to tell you how to do your laundry and what machines to use. Last week I went and they had notes talking about weighing out laundry. I’m almost 40 years old. I know how to do laundry and I’ll use whatever washer I feel like I need. Most of the time I use the more expensive ones anyway depending on what size loads I have. Very seldom do I use a top loader. But don’t tell me what to do. I can’t wait until I don’t have to go there anymore. It’s awful. The Korean lady is rude. Her face would break if she cracked a smile and the white ladies in there are entirely to much. Back up and let me do my laundry. I’ve been going there every week for the past year I know all the rules. It’s ridiculous. Like if you don’t want people doing laundry there shut it down and retire. They get by with it because it’s the only laundromat but if anyone else ever opened one up they would be out of business. I absolutely dread going in there.

If I could give less than one star I would. The white lady that sometimes works here is beyond rude to the point I will never come back. I will make the trip to etown and wash my clothes there. The washers are cheaper at the Laundromat in etown anyways. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS LAUNDROMAT

Very clean. Can be busy at times. It's .25 cents per 5 mins to dry. I usually have to dry for 40 mins. Not sure on the washers. I've not needed to use them. Bathroom is available with key from attendant. An attendant is always there. Money machine is available. They offer a drop off service. I don't know the pricing.

Busy, but plenty of machines were available. Better than many other laundromat I've been in, especially up in Louisville. 1 restroom in the facility, One soda vending machine and a bunch of kids toy and candy machines inside. Nice staff and friendly customers.

Was my first time visiting the facility and was spoken to very disrespectfully and told the washer posted is over stuffed and was treated to be kicked out the. He continued to yell at me across the store for a long period of time after several times asking to be respected. He was also rude to another young

While I haven't used this establishment as regularly recently, I've never had any issues with the owners or operators, nor have I experienced any other significant problems. In fact, I've even brought my toddlers here without any difficulties. However, the main issue I've noticed is that it occasionally gets very overcrowded, which is understandable given the lack of laundry facilities in the immediate area compared to the local population who lack in-home laundry options.

Only because i had too but the price on washers is crazy and the dryers doesn't dry ur clothes like it should. I had to re dry my clothes just sad. Majority certain washer are out of orders same goes for dryers they need to do better that place has gone down hill we need another laundry mat where ppl can washer but dry for me. I have experience that how disrespectful this place is. Chinese lady so disrespectful and once you come in and bout to wash your clothes she's wanted to be standing behind you and your gone for 30mins when its not busy lady start taking people clothes out and then some clothes are missing so it is there responsible for that. if there not a lot of people there and she aloud some disrespectful people to take up all wash machine and dryer when I needed to wash my clothes and

The lady who works here is overly clean to the point of being OCD - which isn’t a bad thing. She’s constantly sweeping and mopping the floors. I personally haven’t had an experience with her but based on other reviews: avoid the woman that works here. I found it cost more to dry my clothing here vs going to the laundromat in Elizabethtown. The bathroom here was locked (or maybe someone was in it) and there were more washers and dryers available. Overall, the timing for drying clothes seems to take a lot more coins than in Etown and take longer… I had to put more coins in than usual and it took about an hour for each dryer (in Etown it’s half the time) and cheaper. So if you have the time to wait around and transportation; Etown is an option.

The lady that's working is very very rude!!!! I walk in and a guy tells me I can have his washer and she tells me no I have to go to a $8 washer!! How do you not know that I was going to come and use the single washers. You over here telling me what washer i absolutely have to use. Will not ever come back,they need new managers!! I'm surprised you even have customers with how rude she is y'all really need to fire her...
