Bloomington Laundry | Econ-O-Wash

Went on a good day because it was empty. But the prices are a bit high and I've never known a laundromat to charge for drying and you only get 4 mins for a quarter. That's a bit much. But the place is nice and clean but probably won't be coming back because it's too expensive and I have a big family so spending almost 30-40 on washing is excessive when I know I can do it somewhere else cheaper..and with one machine when laundry detergent was coming outside the machine so idk if that machine is broken or needs to be fixed. But yeah.

Im only here to wash my large bedding, but nice place. I would either fix or replace the machines that are out of order

The coin laundry was about worse I’ve seen and I travel a lot. The top loader washers were set to only half fill with water. I chose Heavy & hot and water was cool at best. Water heater probably set at 70 degrees or trying to run a laundromat with an 80 gallon...who knows. Being only half full, soap still left in clothes. Gotta wash twice, what a business model! The other lady in there was going through hell too with front loaders. Just charge .50 cents more and make everything right. There’s more to running a laundromat than collecting your coins at night. And place was filthy with hair all over floor. Bad experience.

Was there yesterday day, 9/18 too 😕 not our favorite place but never crowded but needs to be cleaned up and only a few good dryers but machines are okay. Area kinda different and the change machine doesn't always work 😕. …

Total rip off!! The washers are terrible most of them don't fill even half way had to pour more water in. The dryers are .25 for 4 mins. And they don't dry good at all. Tried to give them another chance avoid this place.

It would be zero stars if I could!!! Worst laundry mat ever. #1 front load machines barely any water comes out during cycle. You literally watch your clothes spin and wash barely wet. #2 bathroom was locked the entire time with no attendant on duty. #3, Wi-Fi as advertised.......Forget about it. #4, the old bait n switch routine where the digital washer has a price on its screen $2.25 but when you load your clothes and select hot wash heavy load, it switches to $2.75. #5 No air conditioning. Just two fans that barely work. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Was there today, machine #5 washed for 3 minutes, spun and quit, there went $2. I texted the number located on wall in office area to report it, got a note back with question mark. I'll try sending an email.

Owner is a very nice guy have communicated to him when The snack machine doesn't work or machine issues and has always been very friendly and helpful facilities are decently clean especially considering how much high traffic laundromats tend to get we come there every week to get my work laundry done every time everything seems to be pretty well taken care of would definitely recommend this place if somebody needs their laundry done still could be a little more clean but considering the high volume of people definitely pretty clean

I took in two items to be cleaned. One was a silk pair of khakis, the other was a plaid shirt with an odd chemical stain on it. I asked the lady to dry clean both. She only dry cleaned the pants. The shirt was put through a regular wash and did not come out clean. Also, the pants still had stains on them after dry cleaning. It appears that the place is run by an older woman, alone. I decided that it wasn't worth it to try to get my money back/have the work done again.

The Owner Is just Sad Excuse Of A person .You try to contact him and He plays Like he's someone else ,McLean county sheriff's office , Julio's pizzeria , Also trys a Nigerian accent. Can't actually talk to the guy about fixes the problem And constantly bag our Clothes within 3 hours Of us putting them in dryer ! ZERO STARS REPLY : NO I AM NOT WRONG AT ALL . I have witnessed and proof also . My belongings were not even there for 6 hours before they were bagged up and thrown outside to the yeah and this has happened multiple times . I tried to contact the owner and he just played games acted as if he was someone else including a sheriff which is illegal to impersonate an officer by the way

Nice owner. He's a very nice guy. He tried hard but there's too much to try to keep up with old machines. Most probably need replace but i imagine they're expensive.

The worst experience on a laundry was dirty and the washer pretty small for the price was like nobody clean that place and i have to run away bec a drunk men was inside that scared me... if i could i will ask for my money back and for sure i never come back again yo this place..

The drunk working the counter gives me change then walks up an questions me after clothes are washing if I'm doing laundry. What the hell else would I be doing at a laundromat besides washing my clothes.

Meh. I go every week. Dryers are often down, but they recently got some new ones. Clean but bathroom often locked

Decent but the area its in is incredibly sketchy. Also a bit more expensive than maytag locations. Everything washes and drys faster though and theres vending available.

Clean and quiet. Dryer work well and you determine the temperature of the dryer.

Half the washers was out of order, the other half was used by all of 7 people. Not really worth the dollar for me

Someone's always touching your clothes if you leave for A short period of time The owner is a coward won't ever fix anything

Cost is a little expensive and change machine would only take 1 dollar bills.
