This place was much better ran when it was Star Crest. Frank kept the place clean and looking good always. Now that it's under new ownership it's always FILTHY AND GROSS. Garbage on the floor. Dryer sheets and lint everywhere all the time. Dead bugs EVERYWHERE. Bathrooms are disgusting constantly. Machines are too high priced and my clothes come out with random stains on them that wernt there before. That blonde girl who works there is always on her phone. She never cleans or does anything really. Absolutely terrible customer service. What's even more rude are the customers who come in with 20 bags of laundry and take up EVERY SINGLE WASHER in the building at one time leaving nothing for anyone else to use. It's rude and absolutely ridiculous.

We used to go to this place every week for 8 years to do laundry when it was Starcrest. Since changing ownership this place is absolutely FILTHY. There is garbage all over the floor, Dead bugs, my fiancé and I have even seen a roach climbing up the table leg 🤢 The machines are always dirty and have debris in them or gummy stuff that gets all over clothes. Bathrooms have urine/poop all over the seats. I always see the same blonde girl in back on her phone doing nothing. We will never be back and will be going to Summit Laundry in Sunnyland. Very clean and well ran!

Clean and well lit. Large capacity washing machines take dollar coins in addition to quarters. Money changing machine also vends dollar coins. Very convenient.

I waited almost 2 weeks for my coat. They said it was no problem to get the foam insulation off of it since it had not been washed or dried yet. I just got it back they charged me more than was quoted and my coat as you can see has not had the stains removed. Zero rating here. Never again.
South Central
Bring dollar coins and quarters. Nice, newer equipment. $2.25 to wash / load. Prices to wash went up 0.50 per load, dryers went from 0.25 for 6 minutes, now it's only 5 minutes. Time to start looking for a cheaper laundry!!!

I was here on a Sunday and there was no attendant and there was a washer that was leaking. Tried looking for a number to call in case of an emergency and there was none. Normally I like coming here because it is clean and not as busy.

My washer broke. So this is only my second time trying the laundry side of the cleaners. Got there at 2:00. Was told by an employee that they close at 4:00 so she “could not let me in” (my laundry may not be done by then). I literally was there to wash my clothing - not dry. Last time it took 30-35 minutes max. Ridiculous. I had to take my car full of laundry somewhere else. Not happy.

Absolute worst cleaning service. My dress whites for my navy uniform does not look like they even washed them! Military creases specifically requested and said could be done we’re not even attempted on the shirt when I went to pick up. Will not be going back there.

brody is absolutely amazing! He was so kind and made me feel great throughout my whole kinda embarrassing starcrest experience. My wife had a huge blood stain on her all white shorts and thanks to him she won’t have to buy a new pair !!
