Cascade Laundromat

Ok - so it isnt fancy but gets the job done , $3-4.50 a wash and $1-2 in the drier. Just spend the extra buck and use a giant size machine, they dont get used as much so they're in better shape and have better wash action. Lots of machines are 'out of order' and the carpets certainly could use some love 😅 , but the machines that do work did well. Replacing the old carpets with a vinyl floor would be a nice improvement. End of day - ignore the petty bitchin' , i'd use this place again 👍

Absolutely a disaster! Dirty on a Sunday morning. I'd guess 50% of the machines don't work. Drive the 30 minutes North to either of the 'mats in McCall. If this place was for sale, I'd consider the investment since laundromats have a decent ROI if run correctly. The owner should be embarrassed.

These poor reviews are not justified! Yes, there are machines out of order, but by my count there are about 20 washers and 20 dryers that do work. Yes, the carpeted floor is dirty but if you don't plan on dropping your just-cleaned clothes on the floor and stepping on them, so what?! I travel full time and have used laundromats all over the U.S. and this one is very acceptable. Reasonably priced too. There is a change machine, and the bathrooms were clean and neat.

Not bad. It IS a laundromat so I wasn't expecting the Ritz.

After reading the recent reviews, I almost skipped this laundromat. But I’m glad I didn’t. I’ve been to plenty of laundromats within the past year and some can be horror stories. The machines are clean here, 90% work, soap to purchase, and there’s always been change in the change machine. The housekeeping may not be the best, mainly the carpet (which is understandable) The rating of 4 may be too too high to most, but I thank God there is this one and only laundromat in this town. 🤠

FILYHY FILTHY FILTHY!!!!! 50% of the medium size washer either poorly tagged put of service or are just out of service. Some dryers have been out of service since May 2023. 3 plus months. Men's room hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Men's room floor is very sticky. Dryers are about 75% efficient. I think the lint traps are full. Place has not been vacuumed in days if not weeks. Sad the locals who depend on this nasty laundromat do not have the support of the owners / management.

A laundromat is one business that can make a community livable for many residents, especially those that rely on this establishment to keep their family's healthy, clean and ready for work, school, etc. Your washing machines need to be serviced. One cannot tell whether a machine is operational or not until the laundry is loaded and coins are inserted. Something is wrong with many of the coin slots because the quarters do not trigger the mechanism inside of the machine forcing your patrons to try another machine. Customers must abandon the money they have already inserted into the washer. The coin return button doesn't work on many of the machines either. This is essentially theft, especially if you do not fix the problem or mark machines as "Out of Order". If you're going to offer a service, please do it well. Many are happy to give you their coinage and appreciate that we have a laundromat in Cascade. However, a rundown laundromat is nothing more than an eyesore and a disservice to your fellow community members.

While traveling there come a time when your clothes need washing. Cascade Laundromat was a great place to get it done. It's very clean and the washers worked perfectly. The owner/attendant was on site met another family doing the same.

Old, but clean and everything works (or has a sign indicating that it's out of commission). One of the locals told me that if something isn't working, the lady who owns the business next door also owns the laundromat and we could tell her. A large load of laundry only cost $3.50 to wash, which is pretty good!

No soap, change machines broken, laundromat sorely needed cause of all the campers in this area. Luckily a bank 3 blocks away and a Dollar general 1 block the other way for soap
