This is one really rundown laundromat. Floor was dirty. Four washing machines were out of order for dryers had signs that were out of order or no heat. I ended up using four different dryers and ended up only using one that was only partially decent and ended up spending $10.50 just to be able to get 2/3 of my clothes dry the other one third I’m gonna have to hang dry when I get home should’ve taken the longer route to a different location would not recommend we not plan on coming back. The coin machine did work. It accepted a $20 bill and gave me all those coins. Unfortunately I used $10.50 so over half just be able to get Only part of the job done the vending machine that gives you soap and Downey and bounce was out of order the other one that was functioning only had two boxes of Downey and two Clorox four colors as detergent not worth the time after an hour. I’m leaving very dissatisfied. Should’ve listened to the other reviews.
Possibly the worst laundromat in the entire world. You're better off washing you're clothes in the Ala Wai canal and hanging them to dry from your car as you drive around. Do not go here. Somehow my clothes ended up wetter after 20 minutes in the drier. I'd give negative 5 stars if possible.
A workable laundromat that does the job. Roughly $8 - $9 per load to wash and dry. Usually a couple cool roosters chilling outside and sometimes inside too.
This place absolutely sucks! Half the machines are broke and will eat your quarters and the driers that work barely dry. One of the worst businesses in Hawaii, and maybe the entire country. You're better off wearing dirty clothes
Ok let me start by saying the 1st machine I used did eat my quarters , I put the full amount I went to the car to get some things I was missing and then I asked me to put the full amount in again, naturally it was upsetting, I went ahead and put the quarters in again anyways and just began the load. I then went ahead and called the owner theirs a posted sign , to my surprise he came promptly fixed the issue and gave me back the money the machine ate up. Excellent customer service, some machines are out of order but all and all I had a good experience. I would definitely come back.
If you need to get your laundry washed, The Waialua Wash N' Go is the place to go. Its now under new management. There are major renovations that have happened over the past few months that have positively affected its usability. The Owner is extremely friendly and very attentive his customers needs. He owns multiple local business's and has a strong interest in making the community a better place. I've been using this laundry mat now for about 1.5 years every 2 weeks, and have noticed the drastic change this place has underwent since new ownership. Very convenient to have a clean and well maintained laundry mat close to Haleiwa. As mentioned in previous posts some machines did not run at one time, however since Lei (owner) took over, he's repaired the existing machines and installed even more. At the time of this post, there are 4 single load, 7 large load washers, and 20+ Dryers that are all functioning. If your in the area and need a great place to wash your clothes, give the Waialua Laundry Mat a try, you'll be happy with your decision.
This place sucks every time I have problems with washers and some dryers don’t even get hot after 30 minutes. Lose money
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Garbage laundromat. Put $7.50 in one washing machine and after 6 minutes is says out of order. Then had to move my soggy belongings to a different machine and put in another $7.50. Then put all my cloths in a dryer and after 15 quarters are put in is says error and no quarters come back. I then switched to another dryer a put another 15 quarters in. This place actually robs you. Spend the extra 20 minutes and go elsewhere.
Basic laundromat but most of the washers are not working (when I was there a week ago there were 6 washers working and 6 not). Thankfully it wasn’t too busy so the wait wasn’t too long. Today when I went back there were 2 more washers out of order. Price of working washers starts at $5.25 and dryers are 25 cents for just 3 minutes. I won’t bore you with more of the same out of order signs on machines that are already in pics here from months ago. Seems like they need some repairs.
This laundromat has gone so downhill since it was sold. So many washing machines are out of order & have been for over a year. There is no hot water. The coin machine was even out of order. Good luck getting your laundry done here!
