I like this place and the staff is nice especially the young lady that work most of the time. But I have notice lately I’m seeing a lot of roaches which isn’t their fault and I know ppl bring things from home. So please be careful and shake your baskets before loading from the dryer and wipe it down or do a spot check. They are little roaches so that’s not good. Just a FYI. Also they need to do better with the restroom not kid friendly and need sit covers and Lysol as a daily thing.
First time here, we came to wash a oversized king cover. First, their largest machine barely fit our cover, other places have larger machines and the cover was dripping wet after the last rinse. The place is dirty and not well kept. The lady at the counter is clearly enjoying herself on the phone but super rude when you approached her. I didn't say anything to my wife but when she approached this lady, she also came back telling me how rude that lady was. So clearly she can't be bothered to clean this place or be nice to customers.
ANYONE NOT MEXICAN OR HISPANIC SHOULD EVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!! I will tell you why??!? Today after being a patron of this laundromat since I moved to WALTON COUNTY in 2020 I have been using this laundry to wash my large comforters or clothes semi weekly to wash my clothes .. I would drop off on a Sunday or Monday … so I drop of my towels to this laundry as I have done for years… I was greeted by the Owners daughter who greeted me by First name.. she advised me to put my laundry on the scale ( as normal) she then tells me to look at the scale and that was my total. I say ok we write it down and she asked when will I pick up I told her later that day she smiles and says “if it won’t be ready Miss Tiffany I will give you a call we have your number…” I say OK and go about my day. Now fast forward to Today I go to pick up my laundry and I get my ticket that says 21.40 I retrieve $22 cash out my purse and I go into the laundry as normal with also a load to drop off for washing as normal … I am greeted by a short Mexican heritage , chubby dark haired woman who was to my left when you walk in folding clothes I assume for another Patron. I greet her by saying “ ME: HELLO IM HERE TO PICK MY LAUNDRY Laundry attendant (I want to call her something but I will be nice on this platform) : NO HABLA INGLES. TO BE CONTINUED .. PART ONE
ME: I began to point in the direction of my belongings, and also pointing at the laundry bag I have with me currently to drop off. L.Attendant: Stares and says ok and points to direct me to put my clothes on the scale of the new clothes I was bringing. ME: I put my laundry bag on the scale as directed by the attendant. She points at the scale showing the weight which was 31.05 I said is that the amount by pointing at the scale. L.Attendant: Mi no hablas INGLES. And then nodds.. proceeds to take the new load of laundry and put it on the table. ME: I proceed to say Gracias and I proceed to pick up the laundry I dropped off Monday previously. But I see a sticker with $28. I ask the attendant why is it $28 is show her the sticker for $21. L.Attendant: Mi NO NO, shaking her head profusely. Mi no HABLAS INGLES. Pointing at the sticker $28. Walks into the office. ME: I request the owner and if she can call her by gesturing my phone to call someone to explain to me. ( a beautiful woman walks up trying to help with the situation by getting a translator on the phone) L.Attendant: in the office trying to say she has no service on her phone to call. ME and others: tell her there isn’t any service in that office she has to step out.. L.Attendant: Gets the owner on the phone speakerphone. Me: Hi Pady I say it’s Tiffany she says hi I know you, I’m sorry my daughter Mis quoted you the other day it’s actually supposed to add tax etc. I said it’s ok because I use your service weekly just add to my future load. The owner says no worries. I hand the phone to her L.Attendant. I pay the $22 and she give me a receipt. I proceed to get my clean laundry. While the L.A is on the phone speaking Spanish and waving her pointer finger from side to side. L.Attendant: Begins speaking Spanish and looking at me shaking her head and waving no to me behind this glass office. To Be Continued.. PART 2
Had a really bad experience the lady working only speaks Spanish and no English, she is very aggressive shouting no English. I bought 16 coins from their coins machine I placed in the washer machine and the machine malfunctioned took only 14 I tried explaining she got aggressive. I put another coin to demonstrate to her and also try google translate she started screaming in her language and calling me names. A lady had to put the extra coin because she was adamant not to. Customer service is poor. They need to have someone bilingual who can be of assistance not only to people speaking Spanish.washer doesn’t even wash clean
Extremely expensive. It’s hard to communicate with the people who work there (most don’t speak English). After my wash was completed, I asked (illustrated) if I had time to dry the clothes. The answer was yes; however, before they were dry, they said they were closing. Left with wet clothes AFTER paying $6.25! Nice place IF you go early.
For the first time in atlanta laundry and get the job done
Washed an expensive white comfortable and when I put it in the dryer it came out with all this black stuff on it. When I told the lady she replied I’m not responsible for anything! I told her she needed to at least put a sign on dryer out of order until she fixed the problem she ignored me and didn’t do anything about it. Also Hispanic woman is super rude and ignored me several times when I tried to speak with her! They close at 8:30 I showed up at 8 to get my comforter out the dryer and the doors were locked. I knocked several times and she ignored me and even walked past the door twice. Finally a woman told her she needed to open the door. She then went over to talk to a Hispanic man and then came to open the door! So rude! Never going back! My comforter is ruined can’t get all the black out.
I liked it better a year ago. Now the dryers are constantly out of order or don't heat properly. Sunday afternoon is a very busy time but the ladies who work here are sweet and the place is kept pretty clean.
When we first arrived we saw the attendant being very rude to a group of people at the dryers who were complaining of the dryers not being hot, but the icing on the cake was when she walked over to the washer machine were our clothing was at and changed the wash settings from hot/heavy to warm/normal!! She did not know we were sitting in front of the store watching so when I went in to ask her why she touched our settings she acted like she didn't see me and kept sweeping! NEVER GOING BACK!!
My first time coming to this facility and my last. The attendant was very rude to the customers that were complaining of the dryers not being hot. She was changing setting to people's clothes being washed, I mean there on what ever setting …
The heavy duty machine did not spin out the water which meant l had to spend more money on drying. When brought to the attention of the attendant it was met with an accusation that it was my fault. I also advised that there was water on the floor posing a slip hazzard . Again no action was taken.
I've come here a couple times and the lady there is rude and always talking to guys then one time she pulled my clothes out of the dryer for them because the dryer had been done and sat for 2 minutes I do not recommend coming here I will …
UPDATE... After frequently visiting this place for many years, we have experienced markings on our clothes from the washers/dryers; you would think an empty dryer is empty, but evidently there are things that go in between the holes in the …
Every time I have been here it has been clean and quiet. The lady at the front desk is sweet and very helpful. I used a dryer that was not working and she gave me my money back. This is one of the best laundromat's I have ever been to.
, STAY AWAY! VERY RUDE WILL ROB YOU . this laundromat seems okay at first glance but after wasting money in three dryers , and alerting the woman at the desk, she comes out quarters in hand, and looks at the ones we pointed out utters "no" …
Laundry mat is super clean and well cared for. Recommend upgrading to card reader or app purchases. However, I still come here and recommend this place over the others.
it is been a very long time since I've been to a laundromat. Just recently got a king size bed so I have to wash the comforters there. I was impressed on how super, super clean this place was!
Nice, clean laundromat (except for restroom). They have several sizes for machines. Attendant on duty. Change machine available. Largest washer is $5.50 per load.
The lady here is very rude and apparently they close at 8 because I walked in at 8 and she screamed at me that they close at 8:30 when google said 9 change your hours on Google! So you don't have to scream at your customers walking in …
