Veterans Coin Laundry Paxon

This laundromat is the closet to me in location and transportation. It seems quiet, and clean. However, if you run into an issue with the machines you are literally at a lost. They have signs posted up saying where to send the message to receive a refund if you should experience a lost, but its just for show. It has officially been two weeks that I notified them of my lost and I have yet to even receive a response. If you come here and lose money due to a machine... Don't expect to get it back.

Had to come by late to dry some clothes. Place was extremely clean and the attendant that was there was cool as hell.

I would not recommend washing here Machines take your money and don't add time to dryers and when you contact the number they have listed to get your money back the phone goes straight to voicemail. I came here 6+ months ago and the dryers took 8$ and didn't get hot and guess what I reached out to the number listed AND NO response. Ghetto laundry mat. I came back cause I seen they remodeled and would expect they fixed these issues. This place is a sham . And don't tell me you respond to everyone cause you don't. I still haven't gotten my 6$ or 1.50$back. I sent a text, taken photos , sent to voicemail 4 times,and information to my cashapp. AND I did the same thing the first time I came and shopped there and put 6 dollars in the dryer and the dryer did not get hot I have pics and receipts of me reaching out and you never responded. You have cameras in everyone's butt. I can give dates (both times I shopped) and you'll see me transferring my stuff and taking pics. 14 mins on the timer. I add 1$ and hit the start I notice it did NOT add the 5-7 mins it stayed actually went to 13 mins left. I started adding 50 cent more and remembered the issue I had last time and transfered to another dryer. And sent you a text no response. It was a older man coins being taken at a washer he reached out and your same number from a different phone went straight to voicemail. I'm sure you never contacted him back but you have time to leave a review

Bad business. I just moved to this neighborhood about 2 weeks ago.. I was happy to see a laundromat on the corner, and it stays open until 11... LIES LIES LIES... I WENT YESTERDAY SUNDAY AND TODAY MONDAY AT 9 GOT DAM 30 AND THE DOORS WAS LOCKED. ALL THESE WET CLOTHES 2 DAYS IN ROW... AND YOU ONLY GET 15 MIN FOR A $1 IN THE DRYER. SMH CLOSING TIME SAYS 11PM ALLL WEEK.... THANKS FOR STAYING OPEN. NOW I HAVE TO GO WAY TO EDGEWOOD AND COMMONWEALTH THIS LATE AT NIGHT..

Musky smell when you walk in no staff to be found and restroom locked I was a paying customer and wash and dryer my clothes cause it close to my home never again I had to use restroom it was locked wow really need someone working evening shift 😡😡😡😡😡 …

Staff was very helpful. Machine clean and in good working order.

Great facility. Clean decent prices and nice and quiet.

Clean newer machines, peaceful setting, and affordable.
