I guess fuse it out a whole row of washers and ac not working. It felt like a real sauna. Not sure we’re water spill is coming from a lawsuit waiting to happen. Owners no where to be found just a number to call for emergencies you call no answer The machine's does not give enough water to wash clothes properly and you can tell they have not been sanitized due to the black mold in the detergent dispenser 😳. They should do better about their business. Load prices better then most small dryers 1.75 for 20 min which is 7 min for .25
The workers are taking up multiple spots with their lifted trucks. I can't get change unless I bring cash but you can't get cash cause the ATM is down. And you can't go to the front desk guess what? They don't give you change.
So happy my clothes are actually getting cleaned. I went to one 10 mins down the rd. Won't name it but it didn't even wash my clothes. I got my money back but they gave me a hard time about it. Again not this place. I am pleased to see my clothes actually getting washed and will be returning here. Very happy!
Washers always have fill errors/slow fill and Was told they use less water to save money and that the 3.75$ machines are for lingerie only lol when clearly it's a 2load washer. I come twice a month only because its conveniently down the street from my house. This laundry always smells like sewer water it's such a shame.
There's a young worker there that's really friendly an old lady that's not so friendly she never speaks to anyone but that's okay I'm not there to make friends I'm just trying to do my laundry it's a little bit dirty in there but not too bad it's just old never really had a problem there and I will continue to go there prices are about the same as everywhere else plus it's in a nice downtown area you can wander around while your laundry is being done if you like
There is no hot or warm water at all at this facility, it is only cold...they are doing it on the cheap by not turning on their water heater so they save more money for themselves. The soap and paper towels are outside the bathroom. The washing machines smell awful, and are not sanitized...no hot water equals more bacteria. .25 cents for 5 minutes( was 7 minutes)on the dryers. If they had hot water, it would really help a lot for proper sanitation of whites and linens.
My washer is broken and of course it is taking a month to get parts In. I started the drop off service there and it is amazing. Clothes are so nicely laundered and smell amazing. Drop off one day pick up the next.
Stole our money. I know it was only $3.50, but as a struggling family every penny counts. The owner just left the building and left no staff on hand. Very disorganized and unprofessional. The only good thing is that it doesn't take too long to do all your laundry, so at least you are in and out in a somewhat timely fashion.
If you have the ability, go somewhere else. Most of the machines are out of order and the ones that are “working” really aren’t. Of the nineteen washers 11 are broken and the ones I did use didn’t really wash my clothes, they came out still soapy and only half wet. The staff couldn’t care less. Told me I must have put too much soap in. Pretty sure the pods are preportioned and one isn’t too many but ok. Had to pay to wash it again without soap and they still came out sudsy. I’m not usually one to disparage a small business but seriously, go somewhere else
I love this place. Nicely prices machines and free WiFi! I realized it was less expensive to come here than to buy a washer dryer combo and the increased water bill every month!
