Crystal Lake Laundry

Is this establishment affiliate with coin laundry Orlando florida? Reason I'm asking it's been charging my card 11.00 and 6.00 since I used it at this establishment. It needs to stop! Along with the 5.50 at establishment. Would call A number but none can be found.

I'm sitting here now hoping, but knowing they won't, that someone will contact me. I put a 20 in the change machine and it only gave me $4 back. No one will answer calls or texts.

The machine that took my money and the number i couldn't reach anyone at. Hopefully, this saves someone. Definitely a very frustrating experience

This laundry has been upgraded and it is one of the best coin laundries I have used.

One of the reason i distrust laundrymats. No one around when machines take your money?! Half way thru inserting my coins, it started randomnly not excepting some, but keeping the money! Tried calling the customer service number they had 3x. But nothing. Was running on limited funds to begin with and with washer broke down. I had to do what i had to do and come. But just end up shooting myself in the foot more. Hopefully this saves someone else. Cause it really sucks.

I put funds $10.00 into the change machine to get for laundry on 2/17/2025 and only received $1.50. The machine owes me $8.50. So who takes care of the customer when the machine eats your money???

It's was a good place to wash your clothes and dry them the only issue I had was other people kept grabbing the cart I had my trash bag in and moving it and put it wherever they wanted to place it so I had to look for it twice I don't get why people would touch something that isn't there's too begin with?

Nice, clean and many sizes of washers and dryers to chose from. Wish they kept the bathrooms opened 24/7. I hate leaving my laundry to have to go to the near by open store to use the restroom. Other than that its a very nice laundry mat.

Okay, so... WOW. Not all Laundromats are the same... I love the fact that this place has multiple entrances/exits. Most importantly the machines don't leave my clothes with a funky smell. I washed several loads and never had to wait for availability. Impressed with Crystal Lake Laundromat I came back 4 hours later and washed several more loads. Thank you.

Everything was ok, the only thing that I didn't like was that there's no restroom to be able to use the toilet and neither a sink to be able to wash your hands. Too many doors and they were all closed, if they are working on making a restroom or if there is and something happened to it, at least put a sign for people to know.
