I would never bring your clothes where ever!! I had an Eileen Fisher tank with one small stain at the bottom. They ruined the shirt. How can they put burn marks on the back, top of the shirt. The owner told me to take my shirt and go to the court. Their policy is for “color loss and shrinkage” not completely ruining my silk shirt!

My husband and I have been using this dry cleaner location off Baymeadows/Philips Hwy for over 7 years. Prices are fair, clothing always comes back when expected. The owners are there just about every day and they are very friendly and courteous and caring. We enjoy stopping in to pick up our dry cleaning and have a quick chat. We have never had an issue. Ever.

This is the worst cleaners I've ever been to. The one and only girl who works there yells at you about things. She was very irate when I asked to get things back same day and enforced that I bring them in before 9am in order to get them same day. So, I took my things in before 9am to get them back same day and she was very irate again saying they won't be by to get them and can only have them by 5pm next day. They don't have a working phone number listed, either. The only one they have is disconnected. So,my advice is to NEVER go here and waste your time giving them your $$.... there are many other good, trustworthy cleaners in town. This is referring to the store on A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Ponte Vedra location took a size medium wool sweater and made it an xsmall! They told me to take the item back to the store for a refund even though the cleaning instructions were sewn into the sweater. They would not take any responsibility for ruining it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE.
