How about you fix your machines before you go and raise prices AGAIN. 2 years ago double load was 2 and triple load was 3. Not even 2025 yet and prices have just gone up again double for 2.75 triple for 4. 35% of washers and dryers don't work and some machines steal change. Edit 5-23-25 not even 6 months since the last time I reviewed and priced went up yet another 50cents while 65% of the machines are still busted

Helping management gets in touch with me via Google maps so that I can help them with the washer situation as a whole. I do this type of work, whereas I can help make their washers more efficient

this laundry mat is so clean Monday through Friday in the morning because all that older lady that works in the morning its clean and it smells really good when we walk in she also does extra work she shouldn't probably doing the guy that works in the afternoon on Saturdays and Sundays doesn't do anything but sit in that little box on his phone he doesn't clean the place looks like a mess. They don’t have hot water they should really fix that !!

Ever since the laundromat was sold to new owners, the customer service has changed severely and not for the better. I’ve witnessed the employees be mistreated as well with customers including myself. For instance, I had needed some soap, so I go up to the register ask for the laundry soap and the man took his very sweet time and actually acted clueless when I kept asking for him to hand it to me after paying. Through the whole interaction, he was very rude, I’ve been coming here for a long time and I’m all for new management but I am reconsidering moving locations if no solution is found for this tiny problem of bad service.

The employees barely speak English and are very rude. A machine didn't turn on after I put the money in and the man accused me of breaking his machine. The attendants will turn the dryer to high temperatures when you're not looking without regard as to what you had it set at. Twice they did that to me and shrank half of my clothes costing me hundreds of dollars. The store is dirty and always crowded leaving you feeling as if you should wash your laundry again when you get home.

Way to expensive, machines still have water in them when you're trying to put soap into machine, for 4.00 dollars you get one load ,6.00 for 2 loads ,way to expensive, go somewhere else

I’m new to this location and the staff was friendly and ready to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Happy to find a place with fast affordable machines, saving me time and effort.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! The staff is incredibly rude and mean! They wouldn’t let me use the bathroom and screamed at me for asking to use it, even though I was washing my clothes there. Very unprofessional and don’t even understand English. A paying customer deserves to use a bathroom! I will never come to this laundromat again. >:(

Clean facility, affordable prices and friendly staff! I think they have new management here but they are very professional and helpful 👍 …

The washers were a decent price, but dryers didn't dry had to put two dollars. The customers and worker were rude n didn't say anything.
