London Dry Cleaners

Used them for my husband's dress uniform but cannot go back as it was too expensive and we paid extra for them to set up everything but my husband had to go back over their work and correct it because they were not lined up or straight so paid all that for nothing

They charged us $72 for 2 queen size comforters that they had for over a week. They weren't even back to pick up on the day they quoted us. The women was so completely rude when I asked why it was so much. You never give attitude to a paying customer especially when you charge them up the ass. It is completely disgusting to charge military families that much so close to Christmas and to be completely rude. To top it off the smell of our puppys pee didn't even come out. I will never recommend them ever nor will I ever go back to them.

I brought 3 costumes here fresh out the bag only to have them get the wrinkles out. Was supposed to be done last Wednesday. I come on Friday and they aren't there. Go in today and 2 of the costumes are frayed to hell and I was offered 10% off to come to 56$ for them fraying 300$ worth of costumes. I will never use this place again. If you value your clothes you shouldn't either...they are terrible!

I brought in a knit blanket and a down comforter. The blanket came out fine which is why this is not a one-star review. The comforter was returned to me lighter on the down by a lot, wrinkled and still damp. The young lady at the counter was not very helpful and almost couldn't find the blanket. And for what I paid for this lack of service I am not impressed.

They would get 5 Stars ..... They do do a good job at cleaning. But be prepared, often enough when there suppose to be done they wont be. So if its important to have them done by a certain day. Take it somewhere else. And they could care less....

New owners and management have turned this place around! I've been a long time customer and I HIGHLY recommend them. FAST, PROFESSIONAL, and COURTEOUS service... I would go anywhere else

I called on Tuesday for pickup on Friday, they never picked up my laundry. I called today to see what was going on, got a bunch of excuses, the lady I to said she would talk to driver manager, I then asked her to call me what the decision was. No call back, obviously they don't have a clue about customer service. 🙄

I came here when the one on b street was rude, I LOVE this place and so happy to say I come here!! So friendly, welcoming, great price for hubbys dressblues and do a wonderful job!

Fast, Friendly Service...Most importantly, they do the best job in town! Highly Recommended! They can do military uniforms CORRECTLY!
