They charge you for hot water & the water NEVER comes out hot. Also, I set my washing machine to COLD & extra soiled—machine charged me for “quick wash” & the water is actually warmer than the water from my “hot” machines. I have business attire in there that requires COLD water but the water is warm & my money stolen! Clothes is still dirty for $4.75! Still nice & SOAPY!

Soda Machine dosent work it took my money twice and to the dry it it takes $1.50 or you loose your money beacuse there not drying well. How do we get our money back it's ridiculous to come to wash and spend more than what we expect.

Update:Total renovation, No more coin-operated faulty machines. All machines are card-operated and they all work. Seems like it just took the new owners a little time to fully upgrade. I'm glad I gave it another try. Been coming here for 4 years. Quality has gone down. Washing machines are always breaking and stay broken for weeks on end. Other machines are working, but poorly and they remain that way without any warning signs posted to inform patrons. Towels stuffed on the floor attempt to prevent people from falling, but also reveal a bigger problem. If you wash here often, you learn which washers to avoid. And to add insult to injury-- the price on all the washing machines have gone up. I guess they figure it balances out since new dryers have just been installed. But what good is a newer and faster dryer if you have to spend time & money playing "hop-scotch" with your laundry (going from one poor functioning washer to another) before you even reach the dryers. These washers are in need of major repairs. You fight all day working hard to do your best on the job, who wants to come to the laundromat and have to fight for a decent wash too?!

Everything was going good until one of their dryers stopped working and ate two quarters.. I know it is now by card but I put in $0.50 worth on one of their dryers which did not heat up at all and kept stopping about every 7-10 mins. You might say it’s only $0.50 but if this isn’t fixed and keeps happening, let’s say at least 20 more people, that’s $10 they’re keeping free. I told the lady and she said to put in a review bc they tell the owners and management does nothing about it. Please fix this issue ASAP and find a way to reimburse your clients bc if not then you’re basically stealing from them.

I have been coming to this laundromat for years. I am a residence of Baldwin Park since 1962. The washing washing machines were always in good order. Then one day they placed a note that they are going to upgrade all the machines. I came in to find you can't use quarters anymore. You purchase a card for a dollar and you can add to it after that. I recommend adding $20.00 the first time so you will get a card plus $2.00 extra. Total of $22.00. The place is always clean. My only gripe is the restroom is locked. I prefer to come very early and avoid the crowd.

Beware. I needed to wash one queen-size blanket. This was my first time using this laundromat and the first time using a card instead of coins. The female attendant was telling me to load $20.00 on the card. I declined. Next, she was telling me to load $10.00. Washing and drying a blanket for $10.00 sounded absurd to me so I loaded $7.00. The next absurdity was that it costs $1.00 to dry for 10 minutes. I spent $3.00 to dry a blanket. At other laundromats the same blanket dries for 32 minutes for $1.00. Needless to say, I won't return to be ripped off in the future.

I’m so thankful to have found this place. It’s so clean and the ladies that maintain it here definitely deserve a raise! I love coming here, as a woman I feel safe here! Definitely recommend. You just have to make sure to be here before 8:30pm to get to wash.

I've been using this Laundry store for 8+ years, it has always been clean. Lately, and my complain is that dryer has become more and more expensive. Taking longer and more money to dry. Please do something about.
