Dirty Bird Laundry

This place was a good go to for laundry. It declined quickly. There were ladies who worked here that kept clean, and were helpful. Today's experience was not good. There were children running around, the worker wouldn't say anything. I quickly learned 2 children were hers. She would yell and "discipline" and leave duties when they would yell for her. The worker told a customer repeatedly "I can't say anything" , though I don't know to what she was referring to. Additionally they would yell for her repeatedly when a customer would go up front for help. It was way dirtier than any other time we've been here. Especially on the drier side, lint and dryer sheets all on the floor. Additionally a long cable and vacuum that disturbed the pathway. That is a safety hazard especially for any elder or disabled persons. She would pull out cash (assuming from laundry) and even left the bag with it on the counter as she walked away from view. The prices on the washers climbed at least 2$ a wash. In order to get time on the dryers you must keep pressing the button! As least 3 presses for it to go up one minute.

If I could put a 0 I would there is no care for the customers I tried using the restroom and of course no toilet paper and when ask staff she tells me we don’t provide toilet paper you can feel free to just not wipe after you use like are you for real right now. She goes to her car and brings me paper towels to use to wipe and says I can borrow them and pay her back

I usually don’t have a problem washing here other than today when I got there at 8:20 and proceeded to try and wash clothes before 8:30. Of course that is the last load time when I walked in the rude ass worker told me that they were closed I didn’t wanna argue with the idiot, but it was 8:20. It wasn’t even 8:30. The door says 8:30. You should know your own policy right if you work there, lol if you want to leave early just say that. False advertising

If i could , I would give no stars. My clothes was stolen , in a brief moment that I went to drink water. Called the owner as soon as it happened to see if he could check through the cameras and absolutely no answer from them. Very unfortunate. The owner takes no action or accountability to make things right. This place will no longer receive business from. STAY AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES MISSING. DO NOT WASH HERE. YOUR CLOTHES WILL GO MISSING

Wasn't going to post but its time now yes prices are somewhat decent but alot of machines arent working properly washer number 22 is always down most of the time it doesn't have a sign so you waste your soap and softener and there's nothing they will do they only told me over the phone I'm sorry and that was it detergent is expensive as it is, restroom are closed early in the morning due to the homeless situation they have outside this place was good when it first opened but after today time to find a better place to go id suggest everyone do the same and he's can confirm about the roaches also and dryers yes they are free but most of the time they are nit drying properly now I'm not sure if they are cleaning the lent or not because the cleaning lady that is here early morning is only here for about 15 20 minutes..

Lots of broken washers and dryers, bit expensive even tho dryers are free with wash. But they don't work that well, doors won't close, dryers take for ever. And place is always dirty.

It seems like every Wednesday, employees there, wash like motels beed sheets components. I just want my credit to run out and not comming back. The place looks filthy now. Summer is hot as hell winter cold as the artic.

Washers are $6 for 3 load and $7 for 4 load drying is free but even though you have to pay with the app you can't pay with a card.

My clothes were stolen a day before Christmas and the “managers” first say they have no access to cameras so they’re all fake. They said they’d call us back with and update then we texted and they replied with a simple “?” . Unprofessional and dishonest those employees are. The bathroom full of roaches. Imagine getting your family photo clothes stolen at a so called family wash place. Never again.

Very clean, lots of washers, free drying when you wash here, over all very nice. 4 stars because there doesn't seem to be any air conditioning, which makes the place kind of unbearable when it is 90 degrees out and you are in a building with 20 dryers running. It's definitely hotter inside than out. I sat outside on the stone wall where it was much nicer with the shade and the breeze.
