PT Laundry

This is my first time attempting to use this laundry mat, I will explain soon by what I mean by this. So I called prior to driving to this location I asked when the last load is aloud and the lady Diana I’m guessing is her name told me 8:30 is the last load. It took me a few minutes to unload and I walked right up to the door and it was 8:29-8:30 to be exact and Diana ran up and said we are closed and locked me out. I tried to explain to her that I called prior and that she told me the last load was at 8:30 and i was right there. She did not care and quickly locked the door. There I stood without words to say . I was sincerity angry because she lied and said it’s 8:40 when I showed her the time by the time she closed the door on my face was 8:33z :( anyways I’m really disappointed that this happened as I came there based on the reviews.

Great and clean place! Washed my huge cal king comforter well. Staff on site.

Exceptionally clean laundromat, especially considering the amount of random people that come through making messes. Almost everything is functional and in good condition. The kind lady (Owner? Manager?) working has labeled anything that is out of order clearly. She is constantly working to keep the place clean and serve customers with detergent/softeners etc. She also helped us because the previous user of our washing machine dumped extra powder detergents and we added our own and it almost caused a sud overflow. She fixed it quickly for us. Our washer and dryer managed to break on the same week so this was a lifesaver. Thank you!

This is always been one of the best laundromats around. Very, very clean and they usually always have staff on site and a bathroom for customers. There's vending machines with snacks if you're hungry and forgot to bring something with. Parking is reasonable! This is a great place to do your laundry 🧺 🧼 🫧 and I really highly recommend!!

me and my family have washed clothes and dried clothes here for years since i was young and now im an adult i love the lady that works here and i have gone here for a long time whoever gives it a bad review are just people who feel entitled to things but i personally always have gone here for my laundry

Their cash-only policy is very inconvenient for people who only have a card. Also, their closing time is incorrect. They stop accepting customers at 8:30. I will never come back.

The washers work great, dryers most definitely need assistance w the heating elements… no public restrooms, not even for customers… overall, pretty clean.

Lots of machines understandably a bit of them were out of order came her on a Saturday at 5 o'clock quite a bit of people okedokey for a laundromat I guess. It is clean!

Was a good experience until the owner walks in and tells me to remove my power bank that I was charging for my phone. It was 5 minutes before closing and she couldn't just let it go! The cheap owner lady says she has to pay the electric bill and that she knows it costs her a lot of money. I immediately unplug my power bank and phone and she continued to talk to me about her energy bill. I told her to stop talking to me.My wife and I unloaded the dryer with our clothes and left. We only had a couple of minutes anyway. This cheap owner lady could have just kept her mouth shut since it was 5 minutes to closing anyway, but she wanted us to know that she was the BOSS. I will never go to this laundromat again and neither should you!!

I do my laundry here. what a great place. there's always someone there to help you. anything you need they have it. it's so clean, smells so nice. I do my laundry there every week.not that expensive either.p I bring the dogs along as I'm doing the laundry. they love to get out. hehehe
