Family Dry Cleaners

Went here to ask how much per pound for laundry, lady said $2 something. My son then dropped of his laundry (t-shirts & shorts). Never had laundry done outside before. This is deceptive.. cost almost $200. Also no breakdown. RESPONSE: yes, need breakdown how laundry amounted to that just for wash, dry, & fold. Don’t think it weighed 15lbs since he only has a total of 1 bag worth of clothes on this trip. These are everyday clothes, none were suits or dress pants.

We have been going to Sang for 20+ years, and we will probably go to Sang for dry cleaning for literally the rest of our lives. She’s watched me grow up!!!! She carefully takes care of each of my dads precious Tommy Bahama button downs, and she remembers every little detail about our family. We even get asian pears on Christmas that we look forward too all year long, because they’re given with love from our sweet friend!!!!!! She gets wine stains out of dresses, grease stains out of shirts… puddle/dirt stains from clothes. The quality is impeccable and I don’t think we’ve had a single poor experience. She had my prom dress altered, and she always is so excited to see us. I wish I took pictures of the dresses I brought in, because they look BRAND NEW. Well worth any money for quality if you ask me, but seeing Sang every time I stop in is enough for me :-)

Friendliest couple you will ever meet. I have an infant and they are always coming out to grab my clothes from the car or carry my dry cleaning to my car while I carry my infant to and from. Without asking! Very attentive to when you walk in and never in a bad mood towards their customers. Affordable too! And if you only have a few dollars worth of dry cleaning, they'll let you pay the next time if you're also dropping off to avoid an extra card payment charge. I hope to take my clothes here forever. My husband loves this dry cleaners too!

I really hate that I need to leave this poor review of a neighborhood family business, especially during the pandemic, but this has to be said. DO NOT GO HERE! This is not a trustworthy business. Last Saturday, we came in to get a quote for alterations on a karate gi that was too loose. We were very explicit about asking upfront how much it would cost. The woman who runs the place took measurements and started filling out an order slip for us. As she was doing that, I asked again how much is it going to be because we really just wanted to get a quote. She explained that she doesn't do the alterations there and she'd have to check with the person who'll be doing the work and then call us. Not ideal, but we went along with it since she already took the time to do all the measurements. When we got the call with the quote a couple days later, she tells us it's $120 + tax. The gi itself was barely $60, so that's a no-go. We tell her so and that we'll be back to pick the gi up after work this week. We didn't end up making it back there until today (Saturday) and we go in and find out the alteration has already been completed and she's waiting on payment. We have an exchange and explain that we never gave them the green light to do the work and would never agree to paying more than double the cost of the item for it to be altered. We would have just purchased a new gi and tried to sell the loose one to someone else at the dojo. The woman at Family Dry Cleaners, tells us to forget it, we can't have the gi back. So now we're out the originally $60 we paid for the gi and will have to buy a new one anyway. At this point, I'm extremely frustrated and let her know how I felt about their business practices not being transparent and how by doing the work without our approval, they were trying to trap us into doing business with them. She yells at us and calls us cheap. And you know what, yes, we are a very cost-conscious family. We have to be, and I refuse to be taken advantage of. Calling us cheap is not an insult to us, but it does say a lot about her and her business.

Qas treated badly diring store hours and when they were closed even the store was closed!!!!! Sick family structure will not be returning I would advise you go to the multiple other cleaners near by my mom's Ed but ahe also won't be coming back ever no apology will change the kind people are at your core. Ans thows people that have been fleced for people that say I've been her soany years and it's been great well I'm about to turn 30 been here my whole life and then one day true colors come out.

Been going here for years. I was with them when they were in Woodinville and I have followed them to Redmond Ridge. Everyone has had items ruined at the dry cleaners before including myself. The ones bad mouthing this cleaners obviously put their clothes ahead of their integrity. They do an amazing job and are willing to go the extra mile with same day when asked of them. I love this place and will stick with them.

Beware of alteration costs!!! Get a quote and confirm it - overcharge and no heads up on costs.

Highway Robbery. Don't even bother, prices are insanely high. Asked for press, they'll auto upgrade to dry clean then back charge you. Go elsewhere for half the price.

Awesome service and staff.... I've been going this dry cleaner more than 7 years... Always pleasure going back there over and over.... Highly recommend this cleaner.
