I gave a one star because I dropped off five articles of clothing to be pressed only on Thursday and I was able to pick them up by Friday, so I could leave town. Unfortunately, there was an item missing. I called and spoke with the lady, and she Stated that there were only four items dropped off. I know, for a fact, there were five. $50 To have four items press only plus, I have to replace a shirt. The lady was very nice, but I will not return due to this incident.

I have been using them for our dry cleaning and alterations for several years. They are fantastic! Always friendly, always do a great job, and prices are very fair!

I bought a formal dress off of Facebook Marketplace that was my daughter's dream dress. When I picked it up, it was deceptively filthy. I took it in to Celebrity One and got the dress to look brand new!! 10/10!

Von and Michele saved my wedding day! I had ordered a veil from Etsy and the wrinkles would not steam away the morning of the wedding. We tried everything! Von and Michelle worked very hard to get the veil pressed before our wedding ceremony. They were incredible! I am forever grateful to their responsive service! They have a forever customer in me!

Brought my wedding tux in for alterations. Von and Mike did an amazing job. Attention to deatail, price, and customer service was above and beyond. My tux fit perfect after the alterations. Could not have been happier. Thank you.

Celebrity One Cleaners is a first rate excellent dry cleaner at perfect prices. My order was provided when asked. The order was perfect and the price is right. They are personable and a joy to do business with. They have a new customer for sure. I saw a lot of wedding dresses in there hanging up so you know they are quality business. ♥️👍

Hidden gem in West Richland! I am so happy to have found this place; not only do they do quality work but when you walk in their shop there are so many plants--it's like a little tropical oasis. When I dropped off my items (pea coat and scarf, ended up being around $40 to dry clean) I chatted with Von and met her partner when I picked the items up. They're both so friendly! I will be returning to have some clothing items hemmed.

Doesn’t seem to want more customers right now for alterations. Bogged down with other orders. Price to hem a basic curtain panel was over $30 and it came back with a strong perfume smell. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere for basic alterations.

Best place in the tri-cities to bring anything you need tailored. The owner knows her stuff and is really sweet. I've had her alter a bunch of things for me over the years and she always does a fantastic job and is very fairly priced.
