Happy Laundromat

Don’t come here. It’s sketchy and they don’t want wash and fold business. I came for service and the girl looked agitated like she didn’t want to provide the service, told some older guy in Spanish who I’m assuming is the manager she couldn’t do it today, or maybe she said she couldn’t do it at all, I didn’t ask for it today but he told me to bring it back tomorrow. Which is crazy because why not just hold the clothes until the next day or when you can do it? It was two heavy bags. I told him it’s fine I have another spot he said “great!” As if he was relieved. Yep, don’t worry about me coming here. I pay hundreds every two weeks for laundry service and he won’t get any of it or my referrals. Also it looks dark and scary in the area too. Loads kd people loitering around the front and parking lot at night. Made me feel uneasy. He did me a favor. Headed back to my OG spot on Jeff Davis Hwy. It was farther but they never turned away business and did a great job.

I like this place for one reason; it’s vastness. The place is very big compared to others I’ve patronized. I haven’t been there long enough though, barely a month. And to be fair with them, the customer rep, a Spanish lady who is almost always working all by herself deserves a big applause 👏👏👏. She deserves it for working tirelessly alone in that BIG LAUNDROMAT. Having said that, I believe more can be done in the place. For starters, the place is too big for one worker. On Sundays, if it’s not the busiest days; maybe 🤔 one of the busiest days, the place can be VERY DIRTY. On 11/19/2023, I got there to dry some clothes and found the place to be VERY FILTHILY DIRTY. I enquired and was informed by the attendant that, she’s all by herself. She doesn’t stop working. Every time you get there, she’s working round the clock like crazy, but because the place is too big for one attendant, her efforts aren’t ENOUGH to cater for the CLEANLINESS of the place. So MANAGEMENT OF COIN LAUNDRY, PLEASE( I am PLEADING WITH YOU 🙏 ) KINDLY ADD one more attendant to make it two on weekends ( Saturday and Sunday; the busiest days ). Thanks 😊 for your understanding; I hope you will adjust PROMPTLY

Coin operated only. Attendant directed me to the ATM on site.. from which I could take out money. Helpful info however I prefer not to pay additional fees. Laundromat are expensive now anyway without overspending.

Great laundry facility! It was very clean when I visited and the attendants were really helpful and friendly. Took my comforters and a few loads of laundry and was finished within an hour. Definitely will be back!

I love this laundromat BUT there's a homeless man & his homeless girlfriend who hang out there begging for $. A LOT of people are having money troubles & don't have extra money to give.

Paid to have my laundry done. Reasonable prices and they did a good job and did it quickly.

They raised the price and also reduced the time of the machines, everything was fine but I no longer want to go back to that place.
