This is the worse place I had ever seen. By the day I am writing this. There are exactly 26 out of service machines. You come here, is a whole mess. Everything is broken, fans, tv, automatic door, the snack machine. Play machine, coin machine, the laundry machines. And is in a bad condition. There is a whole that haven't been repair since 2 years, same goes for the washer machine with the white clothe.
You have a better chance hand washing your items and hanging them up to dry outside then wasting your time in this place , 80% percent of the washers and dryers do not work and the lady who's on shift will gladly tell you she will not pay you back and blame you for using there machines
Most of the drying machines don’t work, there are more machines that are Out of service vs working machines. The blonde lady is very rude you can tell she hates her job not friendly.
I had a bad experience here. As soon as I walked in, the manager Karla (or Carla) gave me attitude for no reason. She was rude and made it obvious she didn’t want me there.
This Laundrymat sucks nothing works one of the washing machine stinks like sewer. I told the lady she didn't care to all those customers do not come to this location
Pretty cool, different laundry machine with different size which means different price. No Card here. Only Cash/Coin. I used the weight machine, which is actually fun for a quarter.
This is a ghetto. Bad upkeep, 50% of the machines do not work. In some dryers only one or two heat settings work. Good luck trying to get a machine. Disgusting rusted machines. Petri dish of diseases, stay away. Arrogant staff that can barely speak English.
They won't let you wash a pet bed, even though all their machines are front loading machines. Lady actually walked up to me, didn't see what I had in bag, but could tell it was fluffy. With half their machines broken, and towels on the floor to clean up leaking water, thiplave looks ghetto
Obviously a laundromat so one should not expect a spa environment, but I use it on a regular basis for bed linens, etc. and even at a time when my home machine was broken. The staff are always available, which is KEY, and courteous. They work constantly keeping the place very clean, including the restrooms. The machines work well, both washing and drying. The prices are fair and the dryers heat and dry very well, unlike some places that gouge your pockets with heaters that have bad heat elements. Even when it is crowded, the patrons there appear to be regulars and everyone is able to function and carry out that task at hand without anyone having to wait and w/o being in each other's way. I now drive out of my way to only come here!
I use Wash & Dry which is great, clean, free dryers when you use the washers but they were full today so I went to Featherstone. The washers leave more water in the clothes than they should. Luckily I have a working dryer. Anyone washing and drying clothes at Feathstone are paying double to dry the wet clothes. Go to Wash and Dry and save money. I am having to run my clothes at home 3 times longer to dry them.
It's ok for a laundromat...a lot of times very crowded. I've seen roaches, there's clearly a roof leak from the water stains on the ceiling. The one girls really nice but the others give the same look as the customers do.
Washing is bout $2.75 to start at. Dryer is .25 cents for 7 minutes to start
I took a mattress top in perfect condition to wash. When I went to pick it up, it was torn. The attendees lied & swore it was torn when I dropped it off. She had my number & never attempted to call me. Needless to say, I will not patronize this business again & do not recommend it to others!
The lady that is supposed to help you is extremely rude and disrespectful. I will not be going there again nor will it recommend this laundromat to anybody. The woman literally acts like she is on her period 24/7.
This laundromat is horrible. More than half of the washers are broke out of service and most of the dryers as well.
Quick and easy for when my dryer at home wants to act a fool lol not too crowded long as you avoid the weekends
Lousy. All the top loaders are broken. The dryers (that ones that aren't broken) don't come up to temp. There is no one there to communicate with.
Nice and clean.. very kind
Good prices and good machines
One of the best all around!
