Wheeler's Fast Service Laundry & Cleaning

Took a pair of $350+ Bogner slacks in for a straightforward hem and was given this back! This shows ZERO skill in basic tailoring. I'm completely confused as was the place I'm having them repaired at from what Wheeler did to them. I just hope that the "stitching" isn't so tight that it ruined the weave of the fabric. I highly recommend that you do not trust this establishment with anything of any value.

Needed my 2 Black uniforms cleaned and pressed, to picking them up looking almost grey and washed out…before I came, I called and got quoted $24 and when I came back to retrieve, they rang me up for close to $40..First and last time we will darken their doorstep.

My adult children and grandchildren were injured badly in a car accident. They are all blessed to be alive. We live a little over two hours from Roanoke. Two of my family members had to be flown into Memorial. I left home quickly I order to be with my family but only took three changes of clothing. I ran out of clean laundry on Wednesday. The first laundry with high reviews said they could have my clothes ready on Friday. Yeah Right. When I spoke to the kindest gentleman at Wheeler’s he worked me in and had my clothes fresh and clean the same day by 2:00. On top of that, this gentleman said I had enough on me and would not accept payment. I can’t recall the last time a stranger has shown such simple compassion. There is a higher reviewed laundry just two buildings away but this business made time for me when I really needed someone to help. Thank you so much for your kindness. I am grateful.

Called to ask about wash and fold service, was told I was calling to harass someone on the job. Wouldn't recommend.

I’ve been going to Wheeler’s for about 25 years. Mitch’s dad, Mitch, and the staff always treated my family and I extremely well, better than we deserved. Their work is excellent. Their patience with forgetful and sloppy customers like me is excellent. And after you’ve been a customer for a few years, you might even get some jokes for free!

The best cleaning service on the east coast hands down! I have moved to other cities and I always look forward to coming back to Wheeler's. No one compares! Owner knows us by name. Staff is always friendly and the prices are LOW!

I recently moved to Roanoke and did a long search for a good cleaners. This by far the best in the valley. They are professional, friendly and customer focused. They do same day cleaning on specified days. They know me by name and when I got held at work late, stayed open late until I arrived. I need the clothes the next day so they are my heros!

I took some nightgowns to Wheelers to have them altered for my Mom. I was told it would be 2 weeks. After hearing NOTHING for 3 weeks I called them & they still weren't ready. One week later I got a call that the gowns were finally ready for pickup. I went to pick the gowns up & NOTHING had been altered. They sent them back to the seamstress again. It took another 4 weeks before we finally got them back. It took them 8 weeks total to complete the alterations!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

I would not recommend this business for alterations. They have had my mother in law’s pants for over a month and keep giving her the run around. The poor woman won’t even be able to wear them if she ever gets them back.

The epitome of a local, customer-service driven business. There aren’t enough adjectives in the English language to adequately describe what a wonderful experience I have had over this years with this family business. A gem to the Roanoke Valley, my business will continue to be given to this fantastic operation!
