Wonderful dry cleaners! Highly professional in their service. They are simply the best in NoVa. My suits, slacks, sweaters, coats, and my wife's dresses, suits, sweaters, jackets and silk and wool scarves, etc. are returned lighter and cleaner than any other dry cleaners we have ever used without any smell - almost better than new! High level of quality dry cleaning with attention to detail is extremely difficult to find, and if you can find it, it is usually very expensive - this cleaner provides the highest quality at a price that is a bargain.

I’m in disbelieve that someone who runs a cleaners can be so rude and disrespectful.He has no customer service whatsoever. As he approaches the counter right away he doesn’t even greets us I had said hello and his response was what you want, so I asked why he can even respond to the greetings he ignore me so I didn’t even make a big deal, I explained why I was there he was annoyed and just graved my dress and without any explanation he told me that he didn’t deal with people like me and insisted that I leave his establishment. I have a strong belief that he is racists.

WOULD GIVE A ZERO!!!! SUPER RACIST & DISCRIMINATING!! I CAME IN TODAY FOR A PROM DRESS HEM. MY GRAND DAUGHTERS PROM IS TOMORROW AT CHANTILLY HIGH SCHOOL. ITS HER SENIOR YEAR & WE HAVE BEEN ANTICIPATING THIS SPECIAL DAY! FROM THE VERY MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE MALE WHO I BELIEVE IS THE OWNER WALKED TOWARDS THE FRONT, PAUSED & STOOD STARING AT US WITH A DISTASTEFUL LOOK ON HIS FACE AS IF HE WAS DISGUSTED BY THE VERY SIGHT OF US. HE DID NOT GREET US. INSTEAD I SPOKE UP & SAID “HELLO” WITH THE PROM DRESS IN MY HAND. HE WAS SILENT & DID NOT GREET ME BACK! SO I PROCEEDED TO LET HIM KNOW WHY I WAS THERE. HE TOLD ME THE PRICE. I THEN ASKED IF HE HAD ANY SPECIALS OR DISCOUNTS. HE THEN BECAME ENRAGED LIKE EXTREMELY OVER THE TOP YELLING AT ME WHILE THROWING THE DRESS AT ME SAYING “NO, NO I DON’T DEAL WITH “PEOPLE” LIKE YOU!!!” I INSTANTLY BECAME SO CONFUSED & APOLOGIZED FOR ANY MISUNDERSTANDING & LET HIM KNOW THAT IF I OFFENDED HIM IT WAS NOT MY INTENTION. HE CONTINUED TO BE RUDE YELLING “TAKE YOUR DRESS, LEAVE, LEAVE, GET OUT OF MY STORE!” I LEFT FEELING LIKE I HAD BEEN PERSONALLY ATTACKED BECAUSE I AM A HISPANIC/BLACK WOMAN! MY GRANDDAUGHTER BEGAN CRYING FEELING DISRESPECTED & VIOLATED!! HE CLEARLY DOES NOT WANT TO SERVE PEOPLE OF COLOR!!! HE HAD NO CARE IN THE WORLD OF HIS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR IN FRONT OF A CHILD! THERE IS A PROFESSIONAL WAY TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER AND HE DOES NOT HONOR THAT RULE.

Think of this place as a primitive washing facility - not to be trusted with any clothes you value. They WILL do a rough job that will permanently alter your fine materials. They WILL NOT know how to clean properly, so at best you'll get back stains they're incompetent to remove, at worst you'll get ruined fabric.

Great service every single visit. I have had alterations for a lot of suits for myself and son. I have all of my dry cleaning done there as well. I have never had an issue and the customer service is A-1.

Before Covid, they charged $1.85 per shirt. LAst month they charged me $3.50 per shirt. Today they charged me $4.50 per shirt! the owner said the costs was because my shirts were "big". First of all, my shirts some are L some are XL - pretty normal sizes for a lot of men. And I have been taking my shirts to this cleaner since 2016 and was never charged for them being "big" before.

I felt very disrespected by the way the owner treated me and the way he handled my cloths was extremely disrespectful I would not recommend going.

I felt the previous owners were less friendly than the new owners! So far we've had great experiences each time. We haven't had any negative experiences so I don't know what that looks like but just know that so far in the last year my husband has brought his shirts in weekly and never had an issue! I usually bring in coats and have small alterations done there... Yeah no problem!

Will never go here again. Brought a shirt that had a stain and I've had many other cleaners either remove a stain or not able to remove a stain but not burn 2 holes into a shirt and then not tell me about it and try to sew it up and patch it and did a horrible job at that. Don't waste your time go someplace else if you don't want your clothes to be to damaged and not be notified and just shuffled off as oh yeah that was a spot removal we fixed it for you. They didn't fix it for me they made it worse and now about $65 for sure with no remediation.

Great service. Friendly people who remember who I am when I walk in. What they charge is reasonable. The only time I had one shirt not done right they accepted the fault and had it ready next day with no extra charge. Unlike ZIPS which has the worst everything. Anything nice I have to say about this place is the complete opposite at ZIPS. as long as I live in the area, this is THE PACE TO GO!

Best dry cleaners I’ve ever used. Went here for four years while I lived in the neighborhood. Never once was something late or cleaned incorrectly through hundreds of shirts and and dozens of suit cleanings. Friendliest and most awesome staff!

Have been using Fair Lakes Cleaners for around 10 years now. Even with the ownership change years back, the service and cleaning has been consistent. Definitely not as cheap as the other cheap cleaners, which I will never use again, but pricing is fair. They use environmentally safe cleaning products, which is important to me.

This dry cleaners is wonderful. It is less expensive than the competition, yet they do as good a job as anyone. The people that work here are very kind and friendly as well. I've been going here for over two years now.

Some of these bad recent reviews make no sense at all. The guy who was working when I got there was super professional and friendly. Had my stuff done on time for a good price. We’ll use them again.

Loved the experience. I had my shirts cleaned here and these wonderful people sowed new buttons onto my shirts. Maybe I revel in small niceties, but still a good experience.

They lost two nice pants and they asked me to check with them in a week's time if who ever they gave the pants to " by mistake!" will return them, they will call me! NO one called! No pants were returned and this was the first and last time I go to this place!

I've brought my dry cleaning here for a decade. They are very polite, respectful, professional, reliable and reasonable.
