Worst laundrymat around. I will drive all the way to Denton to do my laundry. Half the machine don't work so have it laundry gets dry. So that means you end up being there for hours after hours because laundry not dry. Run run run far away from this place. On top of the have the machine set up to take 600 instead of the 550 u have to really watch everything at this scam if a place. Six loads of laundry cost me 65.00 dollars what a waste of time and money. Still left with my clothes wet and had to come home and hang them to dry. Response to owner yes you do run a lot of laundry daily thru only the back machines where your lady who works for you does people's laundry. As she said they never use the front machines only the customers. She said u need to put it clothes in dryer put ur hand on it andale sure it works for first 7 min before u put any more money in it. Give me quarters back see it's not all about the money it's the time it takes to go from dryer to dyer hoping and praying the clothes get dry. I don't about most people but not time is worth more to me..like I said run run from this place. As u can tell by the owner reply trying to show his worth. Should have said bring it laundry and let me show u what my place can do.

Half the dryers are broken. They charge 5.50 for small washers that aren't worth 3.00 and then when I went to get change their change machine didn't work right. Someone stole my laundry detergent from my stuff while i as getting a quarters it was crowded but I was right there. Not a single person said anything. It was all I had for 2 weeks to wash clothes. I was right there. At the change machine and where I am standing is my stuff.

Dress Shirt and Chino Shorts ruined. When I took my clothes out of the washer there was a concentration of what looked like waste/blood/makeup on my shirt. My chino shorts got bleach on them and I used No bleach. Then when drying my clothes I selected Low heat. Still shrunk my clothes. Expensive clothes. I basically paid to ruin my clothes. Also the first dryer I used didn’t work. No sign saying Out of order.

I dont know how this place is in business. The machines aren't cleaned or maintained. Power randomly goes out. Every other machine eats your money or doesnt work. Every surface is sticky. Trash everywhere. Several items of clothing ruined from crap in the machines. The lady here will argue with you if you ask for help with a machine eating money or not working.

The biggest plus to me for Red's is they are open 24 hours. I can come here after work and do my laundry without a crowd. But many machines are inoperative. Last week most top load machines didn't work. Tonight only one of four heavy load machines were in service. The dryer prices are inconsistent too. They all cost $0.25, but dry time received is either 7-minutes or 10 minutes. Luck of the draw on which dry time you get. Also dryer control push buttons or missing. You can't read temp settings. I looked at dryer further down the row to set the temperature of dryer I paid on. Red's is good for laundry, but with some many inop machines, it is best to do laundry when it isn't crowded.

This has happened more than once- and that time I gave them the benefit of the doubt! - this is the most horrible washing machine Laundromat service I have ever been to - The machines do not count correctly or the machine does not work after taking your money. No one is available in the evening or calls you back. Do not waste your time or money here! only gave them a one because that was the lowest option. It should be zero.

Small reasonably clean cash only laundromat, four TVs, three benches, a small children's play area, magazines to read, plenty of rolling baskets, and vending machines for food, drink, and soap. The place is very well lit and there is plenty of camera coverage so safety isn't likely to be an issue here. Six of the washers we're out of order when I came through, but as there was only one other customer it wasn't an issue. What was an issue is the largest front loader machines are badly in need of a deep clean as they smell very bad and the soap flaps are molding/mildewy. I took a star off for that, if the clothes come out smelling I'll update this review accordingly. Soap and drinks are a dollar each and snacks are between 75¢ and a dollar.

Red's is located in a nice area. There is a play area for kids, snack and drink machines, and television. The machines appear to be new and clean. It's nice to have good machines and a clean area to do my laundry.

This is our first and last time ever coming into this disgusting establishment. My money was taken by 2 different machines then was told to enter an additional $1.50 after I'd already paid the required $5.25. Not to mention you have to pay for drying. Ridiculous! NEVER again!

Business is small but machines are slightly cheaper than the laundry down the street. PLUS THEY ACCEPT COINS! No need to pay extra for a card gimmick! Pay what you use don't be forced to use a card with a leftover balance you may never use, or need for something else! This place accepts coins!! The one down the street uses card only and that's to get extra money off you.
