The Missing Sock Laundry Wash & Fold Service

The management is only there about 10% of the time. Some of the machines steal your money and you have no recourse to get it back. The machines sometimes don’t even work. Like right now I am here and the #20 Dryer that I put $1.75 in spins but doesn’t get hot or even warm. And there is no management or worker on site, big surprise!!!! If I could give this business a -5 stars or higher I would…..

This place sucks. The washing machines are terrible and didnt run a full cycle. The dryers dont dry very well, even on high heat. There's nothing redeeming about it.

Machines work well, but can be very crowded, they do have Wi-Fi available, but in the summertime it’s very hot in this location.

This laundry has deteriorated to a structure of repulsive regret. Machines stay broken; water leaks everywhere. There is never an attendant present. Change machines are empty regularly. And it's just dirty all the time now. Nothing like when I first started using this facility 2 yrs ago.

Just went there and broken machine ate $3.00 and wouldn’t give money back once I realized it was miscounting. Couldn’t start it either....no number to call....says to fill out refund card NONE there...I had to pay another $2.00 to use a different washer and hopefully dryers aren’t the same. AND the washer still says I owe it .25 after already putting in $3 and it only costs $2!

Honestly yall could turn the Ac on. This is ridiculous it's too hot in here plus the dryers going these ceiling fans aren't helping your paying customers!

It's been a couple of years since I've been here. I like that it's open 24 hours. I recently had to go because we were so backed up on laundry at home. There were plenty of washers and dryers available. My only complaint is that it was so dirty! I cleaned up the trash in my area.

The washer and dryers are okay.Just keep putting money the will dry... Vending machine only taking your money. If you have children and you give them quarters to get the little toys from gum machine careful my little girl received paper clips for 50¢ I'm truly speechless on how careless something like this can be just cause they obviously only care $$$$$ p.s bathroom are nasty 🤢

Came to wash 3 loads of laundry...no problem. Put them in the dryer?? Yeah...ran a load for 42 minutes and the dryer didn't even get warm at all. My things are still wet. It's posted for a refund, "Please fill out a refund card & leave as directed." What card and leave where??

A regular customer gave me information of the place. It's 24/7. It's inexpensive to wash and dry. I felt safe. Other customers were nice. The place was clean and picked up. Location is good. I just really liked it!
