This was my first time at this Laundry. The lady in the customer service area was helpful; she showed me where to get coins and how to operate the machine. Great service, clean laundry mat. I may need some more of those little cart things. Overall, it was a great experience.

I never had a problem before, I've been doing my laundry here for the past 4 years but the closing lady tonight 8/17/2024 didn't let me in because it 8:55 pm. I told her that the last wash was at 9:00 and it wasn't 9:00 yet. She said she already had closed. It wasn't gonna take me 5 minutes to load the washer.
