FIRST TIME HERE NEEDED TO WASH A BIG BLANKET! SO THE LADY ASKED DID I HAVE CASH. LARGE WASHER 16 QUARTERS AND THE WASHER WASN’T CLOSING. SHE CAME AND DID SOMETHING THEN IT CLOSED! IT WAS BARELY WETTING MY BLANKET… TO DRY ITS 5 MINS FOR 1 QUARTER! IT HAD A SMELL IN THERE NOT SURE IF IT WAS THE MOP SHE USED OR WHAT! I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS ONE!

Used this place when my home washer broke. Old. Dirty. Insects on the floor. No paper towels in the restroom. Could use a THOROUGH CLEANING and a fresh coat of paint. Washers need legible labels on the controls. $4 for one large load in washer. Cash only. No way to use card or phone to pay for washing.

Average hole in the wall laundry mat. Normal prices for washing and drying. Older machines still work fine. 1980's arcade games that no longer work. Small vending machine with mostly Cheetos, second vending machine with Pepsi drinks.

The ladies there did my laundry while I had to work and they did a great job!! But to be honest this place would make more money if they did some remodeling and keep it clean and fresh. Thank you ladies for all your hard work over the years cause I know it’s not easy to do!! You guys deserve a big raise!!

Just know that many of the dryers only take 1 quarter at a time (5 minutes of drying) while there are large signs above them that say they accept only 9 quarters at a time. There are tiny crumpled paper signs on some of them saying 1 quarter at a time, but the number 1 was folded over, so I assumed it said 9. The woman refused to give me the .50 the machine had already swallowed up before I realized it was dysfunctional. Ultimately I repaired the tiny signs to be legible, hopefully helping the next people out. But the business is run in a not-terribly-friendly-to-customers manner. The place is kind of enjoyable if you just pretend you’re living in New York again!

Not happy with this place at all. I would have appreciated a large bold time change on the front so that someone will know that their time of services has changed. I went there thinking they open until 7pm as it says online, only to find out it opens until 1pm. When I got there they were closed and I couldn't pick up my clothes until the next day. I was very upset. It doesn't even deserve a rating right now.

The lady monitored my laundry washing step by step and was generally rude I that. Also wouldn't let me put shoes in the drier. I love in Houston and this is a regular accepted practice. The few once shoes will not damage a commercial/industrial drier.

Easily the worst laundromat I've ever been in. The manager/worker was super rude when I went there, and changed my dryer setting after I went away! While the machines are fast, they are not particularly delicate with your clothing.

Two sweet ladies wash, dry, and fold my clothes. This is truly a blessing for me at my age. Furthermore, the cost of this service is very reasonable. I would highly recommend EZ Wash to all consumers!!!

Friendly Customer Services and Nice Atmosphere, even local restaurants close if you have huge loads to wash/ dry.
