Believe the reviews you see on here and do not come here. This place ruined bedding and a $80 jersey we brought here. This place will ruin anything you drop off and won’t take responsibility for it. You’ll never get your money back from the damage they did. This place is awful. Run by a bunch of scammers. Hoping this place goes out of business.

The heavy set lady they have running the font is so hateful and rude. After years of using this business for our cleaning needs I will be finding another cleaners. She acts like it's an inconvenience to serve customers. If it weren't for customers She wouldn't have a job. The clothes are fine if you can get past the attitude that slaps you in the face when you walk in. Don't believe the sign on the door that says you get a discount if you pay with cash. They're quick to charge a fee for using a credit card though!

I have came here for years and never had an issue. However, I have not been there in a few months. I dropped some clothes off about 2 weeks ago and my girlfriend went to pick them up. When she got back to my house I noticed 3 of my shirts were missing, but they were already closed. The next morning she went very early (I had a funeral to go to) and they found 2 of my shirts but the dress shirt I had done was nowhere to be found. All they told her was “it’s lost” and they couldn’t do anything about it.

I have been bringing my clothes here for about six months and the lady that has been at the register has carried a round an attitude every single time I have dropped off my clothes and when I went to go pick them up today she said that their light is extremely light and it looked like my clothes had just been washed and hung up when I had asked and paid for heavy starch. When I bring my husbands pants here they are like cardboard at pickup so excuses seem to come into play here. She said she will redo it for free but next time I will have to pay. They will no longer get my service

I've been coming here for about 5 years and within the last 2 years the have been horrible. They have given me other peoples items and recently lost on of my shirts. The manager and owner tried giving me a sale price for the shirt, even though I paid a lot more for it when I bought it. Don;t waste your money and go somewhere else.

I constantly read about people who are upset because nobody followed their instructions given well sometimes I haven't had my instructions follow but their smiles they're helpful attitude and their alertness to customer service surpasses any small instructions they may have overlooked! anytime we have had a problem which was once with a shirt they were more than happy to make it right to replace the shirt that was messed up no questions no if's and's no butts! Personally I think Signature Cleaners stands above the rest when it comes to cleaning clothes just the fact they've been there as long as they have is a testament to their quality of work! Love and my girls at Signature Cleaners always and forever keep doing what you're doing y'all rock !

They used to do ok work but lately they have gone down hill. My husband's shirts have been coming back with grease stains that weren't there when we took them in and his black pants have been coming back with lint and starch stains all over them to the point that he has to rewash and iron them before he can wear them. Finding a new cleaners.

This is the worst place ever! We dropped off my husband's uniforms along with a blouse of mine. I counted the items out and received a ticket that said I dropped off 12 items. When we went to pick the cloths up a few days later there were only eleven items. My blouse was missing. I contacted the manager (who was very friendly) and he stated he would look for the blouse. I called back 4 days later and spoke to a girl named Shayla who stated she took my cloths and there were only 11 items not twelve. I told her that was not correct I dropped off 12. She then proceeded to call me a liar and stated that I only dropped off 11 items. She went on to say " You're the woman who drives the Lexus aren't you" ( I do not drive a Lexus). When I asked how this was relevant to the situation she repeated the same thing. Either my blouse was lost, mislabeled, or someone up there is wearing it either way I'm out a blouse. The girl (Shayla) I spoke to was rude, mean, and very unprofessional. I would stay as far away from this place as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst dry cleaners in town please avoid them by all costs! Took my brand new never worn $200 pair of jeans and they were completely stained! The rude ghetto cashier insisted it was a mistake and that they could fix it? Why would I contine leaving my jeans at this hellhole when they ruined them in the first place. Asked to speak with a manger she said he was not in and said she was done talking to me I have never delt with such unprofessionalism in my life. Please do not drop off your clothes here at all please i am warning you! Will obviously not be coming here and will be showing friends and family proof why they should avoid this so called "business"

We've used them for years. Unfortunately of late the service is horrible. We've had to iron every shirt before wearing. One shirt came home with oil spots. They've lost items and given us wrong items. I asked to speak with the owner. The MGR told me the owner wouldn't speak to me that's why she was hired. Lack of customer service and failure to clean & press isn't acceptable

Took my favorite top to them to be dry cleaned as I have done before. The white lace when I got it back was stained red. I took it back, left it with a concern and my phone number since a manager wasn't there. A week went by and didn't hear …

Dropped off laundry. There was a necklace in the shirt pocket. The pocket was snapped shut and the necklace was in a ziplock bag. Could not have fallen out. Whoever checked those pockets stole my necklace. Totally dishonest and I will never use them again. 😢🤬 …

Love this place besides why are the freaking closed New Year’s Day I need to pick up my dang clothes

I take work shirts here to be starched and so far I've had a really good experience. Employees are nice and the prices are reasonable. They have a drive through which is the best!

Customer beware! A $70 pair of slacks were left for dry cleaning. Signature laundered them instead and of course ruined them. Signature will not accept any responsibility for their mistakes or the quality of their service.

Best cleaners in town. I've used them for 20 years now, I've strayed a few times and never get the quality I'm starch and taken care of like I do here.

They lost my$ 80.00 pair of slacks never compensated .I left my purse there with cash in they stole that never did nothing about it there a bunch of theive that work there.i will never bring my close to them again.

I’ve used this location for a couple of years without an issue (other than immature young employees). They gave me a ticket with a date and time for pick up...they weren’t open! Next business day return to pick up and they don’t have anything ready & my clothes are lost!!! Never doing business here again!

What's sad is I'm looking for reviews. All I see are bad reviews from customers and good reviews and excuses from employees. I will be taking my business to people who actually care about what they are doing!

Where are my pants?! I took several items in for service. Two pair of pants are missing and remain lost. I wonder who is wearing them.
