Sienna Cleaners # 4 by Kroger's is the Worst Dry Cleaners in the State of Texas! I have held off on leaving a poor review for years, but I cannot and will not stay silent any longer and will be posting this to all forums! This is by far the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had, and I genuinely regret giving this business my time and money. I used to go here because it’s close to home, but honestly, I’d rather drive miles out of my way than step foot in this place again, and I will be patronizing Chase Cleansers from now on! Here’s a breakdown of a few frustrations: Unprofessional Staff: The lady who works here always seems uninterested in her job and treats certain customers with complete indifference. Every time I drop off my clothes, she expects me to stand there and count out each piece of clothing while she’s busy chatting on the phone. Seriously? Uh No! You better get to counting and separating! Not only is that unprofessional, but it's also incredibly frustrating. Damaged Clothing: On multiple occasions, I've picked up clothes that came back with stains or marks that weren't there before. When I pointed this out, she flatly denied it and dismissed my concerns. No apology, no solution, just an attitude of complete disregard. This is unacceptable. Missing/ Damaged Parts: I’ve had zippers and buttons torn off items of clothing that were perfectly fine when I dropped them off. When I mentioned it, she denied everything and acted like it was no big deal. Again, zero customer service recovery. Unreliable Payment System: The Wi-Fi is often down, which means they can’t process credit card payments. The only option is to pay in cash or wait 3 years until the Wi-Fi magically comes back. I once had to run to a nearby bank to withdraw cash, only for her to refuse to give me a receipt afterward. She claimed her system didn’t allow it, but come on—can’t you just take a photo of the screen that shows I paid? She lacks integrity and, in my opinion, is untrustworthy! I can’t trust a business that can't provide a receipt. This place lacks integrity and professionalism at every turn. If you value your time, money, and clothing, do yourself a favor and avoid this dry cleaners at all costs. Honestly, I hope a better competitor moves into the new Town Center soon. There are enough nail shops around here for God's sake—how about a dry cleaner that actually knows how to treat their customers and properly care for their clothes?

I have been taking my garments to this store for a couple of years now. They have always delivered a great service and what I have expected in a timely manner. I really like their drive thru. And I know they pick up and deliver as well, but I haven't tried that service yet.

This place used to be very good. I don't think they do the dry cleaning in house anymore. Prices have increased and they just destroyed a favorite tommy bahama shirt. I won't be going back ***** Follow up. It was nice that the manager replied on Google to my post. However, all he did was give me the run around, refused compensation and claimed that I had the shirt cleaned Jan 22. I bought the shirt May 22 and have the tag that shows it was cleaned Nov 22. You can see from the attached photo that the shirt is ruined, They used some sort of chemical that made the material very brittle, so it tears anywhere you pull on it. DON”T USE THIS CLEANERS!!!

Sienna Cleaners on Sienna Parkway does not want to serve African Americans. I walked in on Friday September 13th. The lady behind the counter was waiting on another customer in the drive thru. No problem. The sales lady purposely engaged the drive thru lady in a long conversation. Yes, she saw me. I left and I took my business with me.

I have my work clothes laundered here. Alway fast turn around and good service. I have had a few shirt buttons replaced here and recently hat some hats done.

Brought in a brand new Poncho shirt to be pressed. They scorched it on both shoulders. Shirt was tan and you could clearly see the brown stains/burn marks. They said they didn’t do it, it must have gotten that way from hanging in my husbands closet, it was brand new!! Then they said they had trouble pressing it as it had snaps for buttons. Manager never called, clerk said he had to much going on….. I’d avoid them, didn’t even try to make it right!

Sienna Cleaners goes above and beyond to provide good quality service, my clothes always smell good, my clothes are always well pressed, my alterations are always perfect with no flaws the lady is very good! I also started getting my white shoes that get dirty really easily cleaned here and they look brand new! On top of all the good service the employees are also super friendly, I love and only go to sienna cleaners!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Cleaning service has been very good but just went through a couple of months that some shirts and pants came back with broken buttons. They were quick to respond and fix at no charge. Hope they get this straightened out as their customer service is outstanding.

Really great service, I own a lot of Indian clothing, they always do a beautiful job and pay great attention to detail. They have actually even cleaned clothes for me that most dry cleaners turned down and did it with a smile and a great price.

I was told they would do clothes at $1.49 and suits for $10.99. I had them pick up a few bags of clothes to be washed and decontaminated since my items were soaked from flood waters that got into my home in Riverstone. I’m in an apartment now in Sienna. The Sienna Parkway location ended up charging me full price for everything and then they said they would give me 20% off. $562!!!!!!!! I’m so angry. I would not have sent my clothes knowing they would charge that much!!! I could have washed them myself in borax!! I will NEVER use this cleaners again!!!!! This all started the beginning of September. No manager is ever available!!! They just called me today, 10/26/17 to offer me 30% off of my clothes. I’d rather go and buy new clothes. Bad business!
