Laundry – Dry Cleaning – Alterations Shop

Name tapes were sewn at different levels and one was crooked. Took top back, they corrected the crooked one and refused the move the other tape, saying it was straight, when it was visibly lower by an inch than the other and the marks from the velcro they removed. Go elsewhere. Odd that an alterations shop on a military post cannot adequately sew military uniforms.

I got the new AGSUs as I will be commissioning soon through ROTC at Texas Christian University and for the military ball we host. Had to have a lot of alterations done and it fits perfectly and looks professional. The staff was nothing but accommodating to my schedule as well as making sure I had everything I needed for my uniform. Thank you

Avoid this place. Poor quality. Never called and said my boots were back but blamed me saying voicemail was left.

Please save your time and money and take your uniforms anywhere else. I assumed the place on post would do right by Soldiers but apparently they don’t care about overcharging. After paying $230 to tailor my AGSU they messed up both the pants and the jacket. They apparently also have a secret policy that after 10 days from the pick up date on your receipt they won’t fix their mistakes (but they don’t tell you that or post it anywhere). They charged me for shoulder pads that they then said they never even put in. And on top of doing a bad job I found out they charge twice as much here for alterations than anywhere else around post.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady was complaining the entire time how customers come at a certain and lines up when customers could have came earlier with the other sales rep present instead of her. There is nothing in the business hours that says that the business is closed after 1300 or 1400. It is not the customers’ faults that we have time during that certain timeframe and thus specific customer rep is by herself attending to customers. Instead of complaining she should complain to her supervisor to resolve the issue instead of having an attitude and complaining out loud. It is absolutely unprofessional. This business also overpriced on their service and it’s ridiculous to be honest. This customer rep and the business themselves need to do better.

Drove three hours to get alterations done by an Army base to ensure items were sewn on appropriately. Both the unit and deployment patch were not placed in the correct spot.

Brought my new Summer OCP top to get rank and name sewn on. These uniforms sell out and don’t get restocked quickly. Picked up my order and realized they sewn my name and rank on a different sized regular OCP top. Refunded me but now before I deploy I don’t have a summer OCP top.

Please do not get alterations done at this place. It is almost $8 for removal and sewn on for one patch. KK’s on Willow Springs is $4 a patch sewn on.

After paying beforehand, one of the ladies tried to charge me more for sewing patches onto my lettermen. Her attitude about it made me change my mind into getting a refund. Too bad this place seems popular and 'highly rated'.

Charged my spouse twice for the same purchase after stating they can't accept star card after they already charged our star card. Refused to give a refund, horrible service.

Clean and dry my clothes fast not a long wait either I love it. Keep up the awesome work and they also great customer service.

They never answer their phone. So if you ever wanted to check in on the status of your alterations you couldn't.

I’ve been in this alternating shop 3 times now. They are possibly the rudest people I’ve ever seen in a business establishment. I don’t know if it’s just a language barrier ,or what, but I honestly plan on never returning.

My ball gown looked like a million bucks.
