They don’t put prices up for a reason. I purchased a liter of milk and a box of cereal for 12 dollars. The milk was about to expire and was spoiled. Everything is overpriced. Very slimy business practices.

I don't post negative reviews, I simply never return to the business, however I feel it necessary to share how rude the service is here, because it is THAT bad. No prices on anything and overpriced. Don't waste your money or time here.

I cringe going in here!! The old Indian man in here is very racist. He definitely dislikes Black people. I made a purchase he definitely tried to avoid speaking to me ( didn’t put purchase item back in hand, just dropped on counter) and then a Caucasian male came into the store and he was like hello sir ..oh how can I help you etc!!! So sad that’s his mentality here in 2025!!

Absolutely terrible customer service at Las Colinas Cleaners. All I wanted was to politely ask if any of my mail had been delivered there by mistake. I was told to call back in 5 minutes, which I did—multiple times—only to be ignored. When someone finally picked up, they didn’t even greet me, just snapped, “What do you want?” Completely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I would never trust a business that treats people this way.

The woman who works both the dry cleaners and convenient store is extremely rude. The first time I shrugged off thinking it would be a one time thing but the second I went there she was very rude again! When I got my shirts back, a button was ripped out of a brand new shirt! The shirt is now useless and I get an attitude as well. BUYERS beware this place is horrible!!

Really poor dry cleaner. Two suit jackets had multiple stains each and the press looked like it was attempted three times. They don’t do the cleaning in-house, so the accountability and recourse is non-existent. Do not take your stuff here, you’ll be paying someone else to do it again before it’s wearable.

I went inside to get some lotto tickets and i understand they only take cash but you don’t have to be rude about it. The way he said cash only instead of asking are you paying with cash or cash only please. Not going back over there.

Convenient and Rosa and Ali are seriously the kindest people. Lived here for almost 2 years and it’s my go to for all my one-off groceries. No clue what half these people are talking about. I’ve never witnessed either of the employees ever be rude to anyone. You give what you get, so if you come in complaining about pricing of groceries or dry cleaning you likely aren’t going to get the red carpet rolled out for you. It is what it is so go somewhere else.

This place is very unprofessional, they charged me for 6 items when only 5 items were returned to me. I went straight back to the store to ask for assistance the clerk shrugged me off and told me to leave my items and they will possibly call me tomorrow when the manger arrives. I asked for a refund for the missing item the clerk said he could not do this he told me only the manager could give me a call and that I may receive my things the day after tomorrow. This place does not deserve business no professional no empathy on something they did. Mind you I needed this item for my grandmothers funeral. Please do not waist your time and money this place is deplorable.

The person in the counter is rude. I gave my clothes for laundry he called me and said two shirts in those can’t be laundry and asked for my permission to dry clean them. When I went to collect them he charged me for three dry cleans and he was like if you want take your shirt and pay or leave your shirt here and talk to my manager tomorrow. They did my shirt dry cleaned with out my consent and answered in a rude way. And I asked for medium starch and they didn’t apply any. They promised to deliver it in one day and when I was at the location they are saying my dress is not ready and asked me to come the next day.
