I have been a client for years but now looking for another cleaner. I was told that at this dry cleaner, they do not clean wool. Huh? How else are you supposed to clean worsted wool pants. In additions, the prices went up dramatically. It's $4 to launder a shirt now. I knew pants laundered wasn't cheap but I paid $40+ for 9 shirts. Not that I'm ranting without giving them a chance to respond. I sent them an email on their website a week ago. No response.

I had valances from our yacht that I took to Ada's in Lake Jackson.. They were kind enough to call me to let me know the stains weren't coming out and that they would be happy to send them back and let me have the ones they had already cleaned ..at NO charge.. I knew the stains may not come out so I told them to go ahead and finish them up.. Then they called to let me know what they had come in. Very nice and courteous people!!!

Won’t go back there. $1.49 doesn’t mean it’s $1.49 “that’s just the name”. Wowzer. $7.50 for a simple dress. Plus it stinks inside, smells like rotten cheese.
