THE WORST Clothes look worst when I get them The woman at the front desk is mean and rude. I have never been to a worst business and I have given them many many chances to make it right and that woman delights in delivering something people are unhappy with. I swear that is the only thing that she works for. TERRIBLE

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! My husband gave his shirt and pant for cleaning few weeks back. Pant came back torn and burnt on the edges. Shirt had new blue dark stains which they claimed that they tried removing but couldnot.

I have been going here for almost 4 years until last week. My shirts used to be clean and well pressed and smell fresh. Nope! not anymore! There was an incident and the cleaners stop the service and sent me to temporary go to another cleaners. I really did not want to, however everyone could see the broken glass and understand something bad had happened. I reluctantly tried another place. Finally, they told me I could come back and they bought new machines and everything would be good. It's a shame that after all these years there wasn't a discount offered or a simple apology. I actually picked up my clothes dirty ! I mean ironed and still had food particles on the shirts ! This is completely ridiculous! My husband went up to speak to the owner, Mike. He is an older gentleman always talking and pushing you out the door. He was upset that my shirts were considered dirty and claims they were cleaned. They are not clean and I still had a couple shirts from the other cleaners to compare them too. He told my husband to go some where else when he asked for a refund! I immediately called American Express and told them to deny any future charges from this establishment! I am also very disappointed because this man is rude and has no consideration for long term customers!

AVOID. I used this cleaning service for over a year despite the owner Mike being a rude person. The lady who works there is very friendly, and for a while the service was fine. However, lately the treatment I've received has been genuinely horrible. When I returned to pick up two of my items recently, they had not been cleaned at all. The staff didn't even touch them, which they admitted as soon as I noticed and pointed it out. How do you put plastic over something and tag it as having been cleaned when nobody has done anything with it? The lady said there had been some miscommunication with the lower staff members, and that it wouldn't happen again. They took the items back and cleaned them this time. Fine. The bigger and most recent issue is with a brand new tuxedo shirt I purchased and brought straight in to All Star, unworn. When I returned to pick up the shirt, a very noticeable gold stain was present on the collar which the staff could not explain, nor get rid of. I let them work on getting it out twice, as by their own acknowledgement, it was they who somehow put the stain there. Nothing they tried worked, at which point I stated that I'd have to seek a reimbursement for what I paid for the shirt. There was no other option. Again, this was a brand new garment when brought in, and anyone who's purchased this type of shirt knows they're not exactly cheap. Rather than issue a reimbursement, the lady on duty wrote me a note with some products she said I could purchase myself and try at home. I don't understand how this was the proper procedure when this business stained my shirt, and not me, but I tried her suggestions anyway. Neither of them worked, so I was out even more money now for new cleaning products, not to mention the additional time. I came back in with the shirt twice more and was told that although I was owed a reimbursement for the purchase price, I could not get it since the owner Mike was not present. He was described as being "always in and out", which made it impossible to predict when to bring the shirt in to finally get this issue squared away. I therefore left my name and number for him to simply call me the next time he was around. The lady said, "He'll give you a call, he definitely knows about this situation and will get you taken care of." I waited 11 days for this call, which never came. I finally called back again, and although Mike was present this time, I was not allowed to speak with him. Instead, I got to listen to him call me curse words as the lady who answered the phone told him who I was. He called me bad names as if I'd done something wrong or was being unreasonably picky. No sir, you and/or your staff stained my new shirt, and you then dodged me repeatedly to avoid taking accountability. Either that or you are really just not keeping up with your customers who are expecting to hear from you. Regardless, you cost me extra time and money, and now you compound all of this by name-calling and using profanity toward me when you have a bunch of Christian materials in the front of your store. I think you need these materials more than any of us, as you are clearly a hypocritical and unscrupulous, irresponsible businessman. When the lady returned to the phone, I was told Mike no longer remembered me and that I'd have to return twice more so the staff could do "more research" on my shirt... I'm sorry, no. You folks already had multiple attempts to fix your mistake, which you could not, and now you've literally disparaged me. I'm not wasting any more time going around and around with these people only to be insulted and cost myself even more time and money. They do not respect their good customers, and I will see that this business loses much more than the cost of this shirt due to this awful treatment.

So glad I found this place! Mike and his crew are amazing! Came in planning to get a few items pressed, planned on spending about $25. Mike informed me that it was the same price for pressing alone or dry cleaning, so we cleaned it all, it was fantastic, and under $20! Jacket, pants, shirts a couple ties, they all looked fantastic, and you can't beat the price! Highly recommend!

All Star Cleaners always our favorite and trustworthy place for cleaning, pressing and alterations. They have an option to have the clothes on the same day when we drop before 9:00am. The staff is very good and friendly.

Have been using All STAR for years. They made a change in staffing and it has not been the same. Front end person is not friendly, at all. Last visit, I found a blouse, that was conveniently in the middle of all my clothes, that had a huge rip in the front. Not a word was said when I picked my clothes up. Very disappointing.

Still have stains on the my shirt and the suit jacket was not even ironed! Clothes don’t have that fresh smell you have from dry cleaning normally. Terrible!
