These people put my shirt in the plastic with all my other clothing when I picked up my clothes and this is how my shirt was. I don't understand how you can burn a third of the sleeve and place with the rest of my clothes to give back. I took shirt out of the plastic and handed them my shirt back and told them to have the owner call me. Over a month and no call from this cleaners. After telling staff on several occasions that no one has ever called me about my shirt. I finally got there and the owner is there in the back. The employee goes to tell the owner that I'm there and this man never came to the front to speak with me. He sends the employee to the front with the shirt and flip the inside of the sleeve to say, "he say this blue tag came from a different cleaners and it's not their tag". How in the hell, when I picked up my clothes over a month ago with their green tag on it and saw the shirt in the plastic. Pulled it out and handed the shirt back to them after they cleaned it and burned a third of the sleeve off. Now more than a month with no phone, the owner ducking customer and now another color tag mysteriously stapled to the shirt, is kind of hysterical at this point. But I will be taking action since they decided to do this, plus I will not do any business with this cleaners again. They burn most of my clothes anyway, color just gone. These people need to be out of business. Sad that an owner can't face a customer for clothing that they burned, but to try to change the dynamics is really frightening and to do what they did.

Disappointing Experience with Taylor I've been a loyal customer of this cleaners for 15 years, and until recently, I've had no issues. The owner has always been accommodating, even providing me with laundry bags for easy drop-off and pickup. However, my latest experience with Taylor was a letdown. She didn't greet me, and instead, insisted on going through my drop-off bag before retrieving my previous order. I explained that the whole point of the bags is to make the process simple and efficient, but she seemed unconcerned. To make matters worse, they have a tip box. I'm not sure why I would tip for a service that's already part of their job. Taylor's attitude and behavior have made me consider taking my business elsewhere. *Pros:* Convenient laundry bags, efficient service (in the past) *Cons:* Taylor's poor attitude, unnecessary inspection of drop-off bag, tip box I hope the owner takes steps to address these issues and provide better customer service.

Do not recommend! BEWARE! This business has a reputation for causing damages to clothing, yet then unwilling to accept responsibility and remedy. Please read the reviews both for this location and their alternate location. While the staff is friendly, the Owner/Manager is unprofessional and employs shady business practices. While I have overlooked broken/crushed buttons, on more than one occasion they have caused permanent damage (fabric tears, and staining) to my dress shirts. Most recently, every dress shirt dropped off was returned to me with yellow staining present. Without consideration the owner rudely denied any responsibility and was unwilling to discuss.

My family has been going here for years. Now that I am on my own u sue them as well. They have always taken care of us. They are friendly & I haven't had a problem with any of the clothes I have taken there. Even had alterations done. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I've taken several outfits to get the zippers fixed. Two of them were not fixed after I picked them up & tried to wear them. I paid probably $40+ for zipper repairs on 2 outfits.

The social media reputation is horrible. Filming a customer in distress instead of helping is nasty work. Do better.

HEAD THIS WARNING DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE! If you like your clothes looking nice and value loyalty, and accountability. DO NOT COME HERE! I've been bring laundry here for over a year. They must have had die in their cleaning machine and it ruined all my clothes. OWNER HIMSELF DENIED ALL RESPONSIBILITY and Kicked me out of the store and told me to never come back. They ruined over 450$ worth of nice clothes and did nothing to make things right. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Do not come here! YOUR WELCOME....

Clothes went in fine, came out with 3 creases in each pair of pants. Left phone number for Manager to call...no call. When I called, I was told that I was going to get a returned call. They never offered to fix their mess up.

This place is not worth taking your clothes to. I have spent hundreds of dollars there. On two occasions, the metal buttons on my jeans had been ripped of. The owner said it was the result of "normal wear and tear." Also, the pants were still ruffled around the pockets and the shirt had marks on them as if they were never washed. I rather take my clothes somewhere else and pay a little more.

The place used to be nice, did good work, basically I have no idea what has happened ( someone said it changed ownership) Anyway, today they said I had never brought in any items to be cleaned, I had to insist that they look, finally after about 10 -15 minutes they found my clothes. Then, it was less than ten dollars this time, but they would not take my credit card, luckily my wife had a little cash in bottom of her purse. I am a business person myself, and unless they have the worse of the worst merchant services they pay no more than .018 to .025% per transaction, no one pays a minimum per transaction anymore. In other words, it does cost them the same in terms of percentages, so actual transaction amounts do not matter. My son had quit using them because they were ruining relatively expensive business shirts of his, he warned me that they were getting bad, but, me being older had somehow not wanted to make a change. After the experience tonight, I am NEVER going back to that location, they even went as far as to insinuate that I never took my clothes in to be cleaned, then they found them !!! I do NOT recommend the place to anyone. Avoid losses, damages , and aggravation, stay away.
