Southern Spin Laundry

Pretty disappointed, most of the folks using these machines would appreciate a dignified place to clean their clothes. Most of the machines were not working properly and not clearly marked when they needed repair. We lost some money in the dryer that wasn’t spinning, when I called the individual that answered said we could come back between 8 am and 10 am Monday or Friday. The coinless pay options do not work. How much more convenient or of an investment to install cashless pay options?

It’s dirty more than it is clean. Have bathrooms but can never use them, door is always locked. Homeless people are always sleeping inside and laying on top of the equipment. Multiple washers out of order. The open sign is lit but the door is locked.

It's better than most coin-ops in town, and using the app to pay is great.... When it works. I would have given a higher rating, but the bathrooms have been out of order for literally months. I don't like leaving my clothes unattended but sometimes I have to drive elsewhere to use the restroom then come back. UPDATE: Five months later and the bathrooms are still "out of order". How are you going to have a machine that sells beverages and not let customers use the public restroom :/

They have a nice building, not usually the cleanest but I'm just here to do laundry. I like the big $10 a load machines. I can wash all our clothes in 2 loads. Dryers are $1.25 & only take 1 time to dry a large load. I would count off for the messy place but I had a machine take my money and would not start. I called the number on the wall and they had me up and running quicker than I found the number. I went here one time after dark and I won't come back after the sun goes down. Just throwing that in there.

This laundry mat is awful when i did my laundry here there was no hot water it was disgustingly dirty. It wasn't enough water pouring into the washer to even get all my clothes good and clean. And the price for the wash and the dryer is definitely not worth it after spending so much money i couldn't believe it gets worse had the urge to use the bathroom went to open the door and it was locked. Not cool at all only reason i stopped to use this one because it was convenient but i will never again waste my time nor money.

Good equipment at a great price. Here lately there have been a lot of homeless people asking for money at this place, still a good place to use

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LAUNDRY MAT ; I called the numbers provided in regards to washer not filling with water but bin is spinning as if the washer is filled with water . Woman told me it's not her issue and promptly hung the phone up. Machine gave Fill error at the 17 minute mark of the 25 min wash . In addition to the property being dirty inside and out people sleep inside and out of the facility plus the bathrooms are always locked. I frequent this business because it was close to my home smh very rude unacceptable behavior.

Terrible sold out of soap with no warning that they were before hand. Card readers won't run amex just a heads up. And somehow found two dryers that don't work with I signs on them... Would not recommend...

I have been coming to do laundry here for over a month since day one there is always either washers or dryers that are always out of order spills on the floors and not cleaned up bathrooms that are always locked I have never seen the owners here not once sometimes the washers eat your change you have no choice but to use another one one day the only washer available to use that could fill a big load still had massive soap in the washer needless to say I added my detergent hoping no allergic reaction would come of it the next day my clothes made my skin so itchy my skin hurt today coming in the parking lot is loaded with trash all over the parking lot y'all need to take better care of your business and have someone sweep the parking lot weekly and clean the floors open the restrooms for your customers

We have used it 2 weeks in a row both times the facility was dirty. This time we had to take our clothes to s different laundrat to dry due to both coin machine were down and the place doesn't take debit cards in the machine. And the app wouldn't start a dryer. I thought not having to get money out of an ATM would make this place more convenient, but due to poor management and maintenance I will no longer spend my money here.
