We brought some large blankets from the camper to wash and it's not as if we expected all that much, it is a laundry mat after all, but I wasn't expecting that amount of filth or the smell of piss to be so strong. Beyond that and of course the homeless man sleeping with his pallet over in the corner everything was to be expected. In all fairness it was bitter cold and had I been in his shoes I would be there as well if I could get away with it, but you have to admit it can't really help business all that much. We did stay and wash those blankets regardless, but I doubt I'll be back anytime soon.

The machines are visually dirty, so many of the dryers were broken. I put my money on one that was supposed to be operating properly but it wouldn’t spin, it just blew out hot air and there was no way for me contact anyone to help me or to get my money back. The floors are covered with debris and trash it’s just not a pleasant place to sit and do laundry for hours at a time! So disappointing.

I'd give it zero stars if I could, machines stole my quarters and the change machine stole $20!!!! Not a single way to contact anyone at all. I'm stuck with 5 loads of wet laundry because it took the last of my money and gave me absolutely nothing. I'll be reporting this to the BBB and to absolutely everyone person until someone contacts me to return stolen money!!!

Decent coin laundry, most things are working and seems like it is regularly serviced and cleaned, although ppl can get crazy and make messes in there. Love the big machines here and most of the equipment is well kept. Things break down often in a place like this but usually what is out of order changes every time so they do a good job keeping up with stuff breaking.

Open 24 hr, pretty clean, most W/D were functioning, and they accepted card payments. And if you added a vending machine that accepts card payments, that would be even better.

I tried to wash my blankets here and the machine wouldnt give me change for a $5 no matter how much i tried. then when i just used my card the first machine's latch was broken but there wasnt a sign and i didnt notice until after i paid then the next machine wouldnt let me start my blankets it just kept saying re-start cycle whites. also the fire dector kept beeping because the batteries are dead.

I came here because my dryer had to be repaired so this was a convenient spot to stop. The washers and dryers seem to work fine but the place is very dirty and very nasty. The bathrooms are disgusting. There's no soap or paper towels. There is stuff all over the floors everywhere. I found a random pair of socks in my washer. One of the change machines was broken. Overall I don't think I would come here again but for the convenience factor it was okay.

I paid six dollars to wash a load… I have never been here before I thought I’d give it a shot. It has been doing nothing and I can’t get to my clothes and it took my six dollars. I cannot locate anybody. There’s no Customer service’s phone number, nor Online

Affordable and clean. I had to edit my review due to the fact that neither rest room offers any soap to wash your hands after using the restroom

READ MY REVIEW OF BROKEN MACHINES! 08/19/18 - There is no staff, but you may find familiar faces because this is the closest laundromat to the Karns area. If you see anyone make a mess and not clean it up, don't get too mad, there's no public cleaning supplies like paper towels. The restrooms are the unmarked pink doors in the back. They were awful shape, and almost nothing worked: no handsoap, no dryer, no paper towels. What is this, Detroit?! The rest of the interior is generally clean and working, but as if bad luck, I ran into a few bad machines: Washer #4 gave us the error "no h2o" and locked my wet, but smelled clean, clothes. That is until another nice customer showed us that if you press one of the Fabric Settings with this error, it will unlock the door, even though it did not run the spin cycle. Dryer #78 has a broken magnetic door lock. Unlike the rest of the dryers, it seems almost new. I don't trust it to suddenly work and throw my clothes out. Dryer #66 has a broken keypad. And it seems to control #65 instead-- this could be because #65 was running as well, but this is still a problem. According to another customer, the change machine has a bad record of not working or running out of change.
