I should've read reviews for this place beforehand. I had one request and that was to not placed safety pins through the actual garments (pin the tags etc instead). They kept doing it anyways, leaving visible holds because they hang the shorts on hangers via safety pins at the bottom of the shorts which gravity then pulls on. The final straw were a pair of joggers and now my fashionable black jeans. They removed the entire drawstring in the jogging pants because they damaged the ball of the drawstring, and the jeans had zippers at the end of the legs. The zippers were smashed in due to a press machine I'm guessing. Zipper crumbled apart on both legs upon touch. Can't unzip the remaining part on either leg so can't wear boots etc anymore. Too much damage on too many garments and attendant had an attitude when notified.

I called bc I had and outfit placed in the cleaners awhile back. I traveled out of town and took the outfit to where to a homegoing celebration. One I put the out on I noticed that one of the arms were missing. I called and had to wait on the owner to call back. Mr. Sung informed me to bring it back bc it's a possibility that the other arm is still there. I had to remove the arm that was attached so I wouldn't feel uncomfortable and find a cover up for my arms. Smh

This is the 2nd time I’ve bought clothes in before the 8:30a cutoff in expectation of having my clothes by 5p that evening! Unfortunately not only did I NOT get my clothes but they tell me that my suit jacket was involved with an ink explosion and won’t be ready til Tues!!! This is highly unexceptable and the attitude of “NOT MY PROBLEM” pisses me off! A suit that’s only about 3 weeks old! My advice fine another shop to do business with! I’d rather inconvenience myself and go further out to get cleaning done verses coming here! PROMISE NOT MET ONCE AGAIN!

Worst cleaners ever ever ever!!! Ruined 600 dollars jeans and would not do a thing about em. Even a letter from the store owner and the maker of the jeans. Robins jeans said "paradise" cleaners huh... They assured me it was all on them. Needs to be shut down
