Terrible experiences. The owner is very rude and combative. Not the first shirt of mine they have ruined. Now they have ruined my son’s shirt. You pay them to press shirts and it comes back still with wrinkles. I’ve been a customer for years and now I’m done giving this establishment my business.

Worst customer service ever! I have been taking my clothes there for years. That ended last week. They ripped one of my shirts and pulled a button off another leaving a hole in my shirt. I have complained several times about the buttons being ripped off and it’s still happening. The Cayce store clerk gave me a lot of crap about haw they didn’t do it. She started contradicting herself. They take no responsibility for there mistakes.

Very quick, excellent service (and they even gave me some cookies).......:)

I dropped of 2 sheets, 2 pillow cases and 3 towels for clean and fold. My bill was 32 dollars. The recipe says 12 lbs! Lol.... you robbed my once. I won't happen again.

I'm giving 1 start since is the minimum, they lost one shirt and one pair of pants, they told me that I have to wait 30 days to recover my pants or paid for them. Why I have to wait 30 days when I come for a service I paid for the same immediately? I don't ask for 30 days to see if my card pass. Long story short, take your clothes to other place. I saw another client giving a complaint because they damaged their jacket.

The lady working on Dec. 11th 2023 had the worst customer service that now I see as the norm I walked in the shop, she put her hand out to get my ticket and didn't say can I help you or anything. So I took it upon myself to say hello and she said " well you walked in this door you should say hello first.," I said well customer service is definitely gone in here. I will never send no more money ever there. She is rude and no customer service skills at all.

Lost a pair of my dress pants at the end of March 2023. I tired calling the manager several times over several months with No return call. The actual employees were very apologetic and nice but couldnt help me. Unfortunately the business cost me 120.00. 60 for the lost pants and 60 to replace. This company and management do NOT care about the customers.

They couldn't remove tiny spots from a wool blend coat,they informed me they may not be able to but they still charged me 12.00..what was that charge for!? It also had no cleaners smell to it..made me think they just took it,put the plastic covering over it and said pick it up..they were friendly enough however I feel the 12.00 charge was uncalled for.

about 30 minutes ago i went to the drive thru to drop off my dru cleaning. no one came out so i went in and had my shirts and pants ready. the worker asked name and phone and i provided. she went to grab my bundle (as the counter was filled w clothes) and i asked if she was going to mark the ticket with how many items i had and she gasped, like it was an inconvenience for her! I told her nevermind and i would find a dry cleaner with customer service and her customer service was horrible, just horrible!!! I will never support Kleen Kare Cleaners and Laundry.
