North Broad Street Laundry

This happen twice already. Load the machine started the cycle and it din't work how it should. It barely moves as it's washing. Reported it and show it to the owner/attendant the oriental man. He comes over and looks and says. Oh that's how it works. This man trays to insult my intelligence. I replay no it's not ive been using this machines for a long time. He offered to switch to another machine I said no, I rather go somewhere else. He sped up n bypassed cycles so I could pull my cloth out. Not once he apologize,was very argumentative and had a belligerent attitude and behavior. Neither he offered a refund wich he should've. Only to change to another machine and was arguing that I actually load up to another machine and then change my mind to use the one it didn't work. Which is true but irrelevant. $3 is not gonna make me or brake me but he should've at least offer a refund. My observation is that he is a money hungry,miserable soul and is awared that some of this machines are not working properly and letting it go taking advantage of clients.So overall this man is rude,have bad manners, is very unprofessional and improper. Will not go there again.

The best. Location is a huge plus. Great service. I met the gentleman here and he only wants to please. Very nice guy! Its clean. Has a bathroom, that you can actually use. Best of all, plenty of machines and its usually not busy. Best coin op laundry in Lancaster County.

They do a great job witg laundry. I leave my laundry with them and the turnaround time is quick with the laundry being well cleaned, smelling fresh and neatly folded. We have also used the machines in the laundromat. They run working with quarters - there is a change machine - and the owners are very helpful. It is very affordable.

Manager seems to have a personal issue with me. He never speaks to me anymore. He used to say hello but now he only speaks to everyone else except me. There was a woman staring me down and it made me uncomfortable. The manager’s wife also stared me down one day. I am autistic so I get visibly uncomfortable when people are in my personal space. I have no idea what I have done wrong. I asked him what I did wrong and he acted like there was no problem. Some (not all) people who come here to wash can be rude and invasive but once you are noticeably uncomfortable the manager will make you the problem. Never wash here. I was truly hurt by these past experiences.

Love it here, always clean, many different washing machines and dryers to choose from. Its always empty which is a plus, never full of customers, its an in an out thing actually amazing

Not only is it affordable and the owners friendly, they fixed my jacket same-day at a very reasonable price!

All the machines are quarter-required. Not overly busy, Clean. They have changed machines. TV , vending machines

North Broad Street Laundry has always been clean and the equipment was in working order. I have not had a bad experience there yet.
