Let me start this off by saying I was a loyal customer because of the Quality of work that was Provided. I usually drop off all my good garments so my bill usually averages around $100 but today they lost a customer because they didn’t charge me for my hat to the original bill so when I went to pay for it with my Visa card, she told me no that I had to pay with cash because it didn’t hit the value of $20. So I respond and told her you should have added that to my bill because I paid well over $20… So her response was go to an ATM…. Well, I told her just keep my hat because this was completely disrespectful and a super lack of customer services. I’m really sad and disappointed…

Just tried to charge me 100 dollars to taper pants, and hem his jacket aftera total of 44 last year. Then tried to take my pins out of my sons pants that I already prepared!
